This medium-sized meeting room is an excellent choice for business meetings, board meetings, workshops, trainings, interviews and presentations. Located right next to the Impressive Suite it can be used as a great breakout space for conferences going on in the building.

Premium Suite

Capacity: Up to 400 Theatre guests

This versatile event space is ideal for receptions, exhibitions and networking events, but is dynamic enough to accommodate an endless list of events. Dedicated entrances to the Premium Suite allow of excellent and exclusive accessibility. The Premium Suite is also able to be separated into 2 or 3 smaller spaces, each with their own dedicated screens, projectors and AV equipment proving a truly diverse space.

Energetic

Capacity: Up to 44 Theatre guests

Located in our South Wing, this meeting space works well as a standalone event space for meetings, trainings, presentations and workshops. Otherwise it makes for an ideal option as a breakout space for larger meetings and conferences or corporate events happening in the Impressive Suite.

Creative 1

Capacity: Up to 250 Theatre guests

Pricing: 500 / Venue Fee

The Creative 1 Space is located on our Upper Ground Floor with full lift accessibility it makes for an excellent conference space or a fully equipped option for larger company meetings, get-togethers, presentations and brand launches.

Galleria

Capacity: Up to 400 Standing guests

Entry to the venue itself is via the striking 2000sqft Galleria. This space includes reception facilities, a large nine-screen media wall and two dedicated coffee points. Perfect for registration for conferences and large meetings, purpose-built for networking and receptions or as a breakout and chillout space for conferences too - this space can do it all!

Dining Areas

Capacity: Up to 200 Dining guests

The maing dining area seats up to 200 and is adjacent to the theatre kitchen manned by Head Chef, Andy Bailey and his team. A range of menus is available which can be served in our main dining area, four separate private dining rooms or in the Galleria during networking and exhibitions.

Specialist

Capacity: Up to 42 Theatre guests

Ideal as a breakout space from the Premium Suite, this bright and airy smaller meeting space can also host a range of smaller business meetings, trainings, presentations and board meetings.

Dedicated

Capacity: Up to 21 Theatre guests

Another excellent option for a breakout space when using the Premium Suite for your event, Dedicated is a smaller meeting space that is also ideal for trainings, board meetings and workshops.

Lounge

Capacity: Up to 150 Reception guests

The beautifully designed, contemporary lounge space in etc.venue's St Paul's Conference Centre are bathed in natural light from the double height windows. Ideal as breakout or chill-out spaces from meetings and conferences, make use of these delightful spaces for your events here.

Touch Base

Capacity: Up to 12 Boardroom guests

This excellent little meeting space is compact and ideal for more intimate meetings and training sessions. This space can be used as breakout space for conferences or large meetings and presentations and benefits from AV Equipment too.

Dynamic

Capacity: Up to 40 Theatre guests

The Dynamic room makes for the perfect breakout space for events happening in the building but particularly in conjunction with events in the Impressive Suite from which it is situated directly opposite. The Dynamic room also makes for a perfect and cosy meeting space on its own, ideal for anything from brainstorming, away days, board meetings, workshops or even trainings.

Creative 2 & 3

Capacity: Up to 175 Theatre guests

Also located on our accessible Upper Ground Floor Creative 2 and 3 are dedicated event and conference suites that are well-suited to large business events from conferences to trade shows, presentations to meetings Creative 2&3 combine to make a large and dynamic space to suit your business or corporate event. The space can also be separated with collapsable walls to create two medium-sized spaces that can be used for any array of uses. The space benefits from multiple entrances and exits as well as being in close proximity to our kitchens and storage spaces.

Impressive Suite

Capacity: Up to 186 Theatre guests

The Impressive Suite is ideal for large meetings, presentations or smaller conferences with an impressive combined capacity, or with the use of removable walls, you can create dual spaces still with large capacities.
