Beaumont Room
The Beaumont Room is an excellent choice for a wedding ceremony and can be decorated to look exquisite for the occasion. Our wedding co-ordinator will work with you to dress the room in colours to suit your theme and flowers to add a special sense of occasion. Brides love the grand feeling of entering this large room from the back and walking up the centre aisle.
Wimbledon Room
The Wimbledon Room is located in the purpose-built conference centre at The Lensbury. Refurbished in 2011, the Wimbledon Room is a multi-purpose space, suitable for meetings as well as parties, dinners and weddings. There are doors to the rear which open onto a paved terrace and small private grassed area which can be used for pre-dinner drinks, garden games and when weather allows, meetings. The Wimbledon Room has full audio visual equipment including data projector and screen which drops down from the ceiling when required.

The Thames View Suite is the perfect room for your corporate dinner or party. With plenty of space the room is infinitely flexible and can host any number of room set ups. There is a bar and doors that open onto a sun-deck and gardens beyond. The decor is light and contemporary and will suit any colour scheme.

It has good natural daylight and is ideal for board meetings, training courses and smaller meetings. Maximum capacity is 15 in boardroom layout. It has an LCD screen and 2 flip charts, air conditioning and locally controlled heating.

The Lloyd Room is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It is equipped with a large drop down screen, data projector, two flip charts and presentation sound system. Maximum capacity in theatre style layout is 42.

The Murray Room is a newly refurbished meeting room on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It is ideal for smaller meetings or as a large syndicate room. The room is equipped with an LCD screen and two flip-charts. Maximum capacity in theatre layout is 23.

Henman, Perry, Barker and Wade Rooms are all located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. The rooms are all the same size and have good natural daylight, locally controlled air conditioning and heating. Each room has a large screen and data projector, flip charts, write on board and presentation sound system. Furnished with light, modern furniture and decorated in a contemporary style, these meeting rooms are popular for meetings for up to 36 delegates.
