The Lensbury

The Thames View Suite is a large multi-purpose room with floor to ceiling windows opening onto a sun deck and the gardens beyond. The room is decorated and furnished in a light contemporary style and with drop-down screens, up to the minute audio visual equipment and sound system. It is perfect for large meetings and conferences. The room can also be easily used for private dinners, corporate events and parties.

The Wimbledon Room is located in the purpose-built conference centre at The Lensbury. Refurbished in 2011, the Wimbledon Room is a multi-purpose space, suitable for meetings as well as parties, dinners and weddings. There are doors to the rear which open onto a paved terrace and small private grassed area which can be used for pre-dinner drinks, garden games and when weather allows, meetings. The Wimbledon Room has full audio visual equipment including data projector and screen which drops down from the ceiling when required.

The Beaumont Room is a large room located on the ground floor of the Twickenham Building in the conference centre. It is modern and contemporary in style and features the latest audio visual equipment. It can accommodate meetings of up to 225 delegates in a theatre style layout and 100 in cabaret. It has it's own coffee lounge area just outside so meeting delegates do not have to go far for refreshment breaks. The Beaumont room also benefits from having a number of syndicate rooms nearby for break out work.

The Dunbar Room is located on the ground floor of the Lensbury Hotel. It was originally designed as a restaurant and has a cosy feel with soft seating, a fire place and piano. It makes an ideal private dining space and is suitable for drinks receptions and other social gatherings. Dunbar room is fully equipped with a data projector and drop down screen so can be used for meetings and presentations. The room has natural daylight with windows over looking the grounds to the rear of the hotel.

Henman, Perry, Barker and Wade Rooms are all located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. The rooms are all the same size and have good natural daylight, locally controlled air conditioning and heating. Each room has a large screen and data projector, flip charts, write on board and presentation sound system. Furnished with light, modern furniture and decorated in a contemporary style, these meeting rooms are popular for meetings for up to 36 delegates.

The Mortimer Room is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It has windows that look over the grounds at the back of the building and good natural daylight. The Mortimer Room is equipped with a large drop-down screen and projector so is ideal for meetings and presentations. Maximum capacity in theatre style layout is 50.

The Lloyd Room is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It is equipped with a large drop down screen, data projector, two flip charts and presentation sound system. Maximum capacity in theatre style layout is 42.

The Doherty Room is located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in The Lensbury Conference Centre. With beautiful views over the grounds and to the river Thames beyond, the Doherty Room is one of the most popular conference rooms at The Lensbury. It is equipped with an LCD screen and two flip-charts and has capacity for up to 15 in a board room layout.

The Murray Room is a newly refurbished meeting room on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It is ideal for smaller meetings or as a large syndicate room. The room is equipped with an LCD screen and two flip-charts. Maximum capacity in theatre layout is 23.

The Uttley Room is located on the ground floor of the Twickenham Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It has good natural daylight and is ideal for board meetings, training courses and smaller meetings. Maximum capacity is 15 in boardroom layout. It has an LCD screen and 2 flip charts, air conditioning and locally controlled heating.

Austin, Durie, Larcombe, Barrett and Robson Rooms are our syndicate rooms. They are small meeting rooms, ideal for breakout work as part of a larger conference, or for smaller meetings. Each room has natural daylight, an LCD screen,1 flip chart and air conditioning. Maximum capacity in these rooms is 12 people in a theatre style layout
