Ideal to host a conference, meeting or training session - the space boasts excellent amenities including LCD projector, telephone, stationery, PA system for hire, video conferencing facilities, black-out blinds and more. Flooded with natural daylight, it is perfect for working lunches, and our experienced chef offers a range of catering options for all events. For smaller events the suite can be partitioned into four separate rooms using sound proof partitions.

Whatever the celebration, if you are looking for an elegant yet modern venue with catering services, event management, flexible seating arrangements and a dance floor, the Queens Suite at our historic 4-star hotel is the perfect setting. The suite is popular for meetings, networking events, training seminars, office lunches and Christmas dinners. Fully equipped with mood lighting and contemporary interiors, the classic room has a modern yet elegant feel to it. Extra room amenities can be provided on request, alongside a meeting and event foyer as well as a registration desk and bespoke signage.

Located in a quite area of the hotel, on the lower ground floor, the Boardroom is perfect for intimate meetings for up to 14 delegates. Comfortable leather seating, contemporary lighting, in-built projector screen and complimentary WiFi access make the Boardroom an ideal location for executive meetings. Located on the ground floor, it is a relaxed space for guests to unwind. Whether it's Christmas lunches or team building days, it provides an ideal setting for photo opportunities. The unique space can host up to 20 guests for dinners and 40 guests for standing receptions. It can be separated using partitions. The light-filled space consists of elegant red and black decor and provides an al fresco atmosphere without the fear of being rained on.
