The York Suite is our largest self contained conference room, featuring its own private bar, dedicated kitchen and separate private entrance. The York Suite is a combination of York 1,2 and 3 which combined can host events for up to 400 guests theatre style and 370 for dinners, 180 classroom and 150 cabaret.
La Terrazza offers plenty of natural daylight and is the perfect space for bringing the outside in, all year round. With a capacity of 200 people, the space is ideal for a post-ceremony drinks reception or the evening party. An inbuilt BBQ also awaits, ready to fuel your guests with tasty treats so they can dance all night long!
The Drawing Room is full of character and charm. It's an elegant room with high decorative moulded ceilings, ornate pillars and a magnificent bay window. Recently refurbished during summer 2020, the room features a mural of scenes depicting the River Thames throughout the decades. In addition, the Drawing Room can be linked not only to the Garden room, thus providing additional space and direct access onto the new Terrace, but also to the Mulberry Restaurant. The Drawing Room is ideal for theatre-style conferences as well as banquets and small weddings.
With spectacular views overlooking the lake, you can host your civil ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception in our beautiful Mulberry Restaurant. High ceilings, natural lighting and neutral decoration makes the Mulberry Restaurant a glamorous space, ready to be decorated with you personal touches and style for your special day.
The Howard Room can be used in conjunction with any of our main meeting rooms or independently for a small meeting. Featuring high ceilings and a large window, it has a light and airy feel whilst being a comfortable size for a small boardroom or meeting. The room benefits from a mounted TV screen, a flip chart and a boardroom table with 8 swivel chairs.
The Cedar Room is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and offers a boardroom style meeting room for up to 16 delegates. With natural daylight flooding in and stylish artwork, the room also benefits from an interactive smart whiteboard and flipcharts.
The Cromwell Suite is located on the ground floor of the hotel and features high ceilings and neutral decor. The entrance includes a small reception room, ideal for delegates to store their coats and bags or to use for teas & coffees on arrival. Theatre style 60 delegates and cabaret for up to 32.
Located on the ground floor, and featuring original features such as a marble fireplace and backlit bookcases, The Garden Room is ideal for small meetings or events with a boardroom table to fit 20 delegates. The room also connects with La Terrazza and The Drawing Room, therefore it can be used as a breakout room or drinks reception.
The Surrey Room is a contemporary and spacious boardroom for up to 16 delegates. Two windows provide plenty of natural daylight onto the hotel's beautiful gardens, while the room features high ceilings and a plasma screen. It is ideal as a meeting room, a small conference or a break out room.
Named after the Tudor Queen, our Parr meeting room is perfectly sized for a meeting, boardroom or small training room. With high ceilings and plenty of natural daylight, the centre of the room is dominated by a sturdy boardroom table and 8 tan and chrome swivel chairs. There is a tv screen on the wall, tea & coffee facilities as well as a flip chart in the room. This board room style room is also the perfect size for interviews.
