With tiered theatre style seating for up to 400 delegates, Hall One is an ideal space for a conference, presentation, AGM or product launch. Advanced AV and high speed internet is included as standard and add to the versatility of this auditorium. Additional features such as a technical booth, private green room and speaker rooms are also available. Combine with our open plan mezzanine level for an ideal exhibition and catering space. Five breakout rooms are also located nearby for events with multiple streams. Hall One can host a theatre style conference set-up of up to 400 delegates.
Hall Two is a blank canvas space designed to host a variety of events, from cabaret style meetings up to 100, a theatre style conference of up to 200, to standing receptions up to 250, or seated dinners up to 160. With a removable stage, customisable lighting, and advanced AV included as standard, Hall Two is a flexible space that is suitable for almost any event.
A canalside space with its own private, covered terrace and plenty of natural daylight the Battlebridge Room is ideal for a range of events and lunches This specifically designed event space with built-in presentation screen, projector and PA system also features a movable wall to split the room in two, creating different spaces for presentations and refreshments and registration. The Battlebridge Room can host a theatre style conference set-up of up to 100 delegates.
The newest and most exclusive space at Kings Place, The Gallery Room is a purpose built, private dining and meeting space with a capacity of 40 for dining or up to 60 for a theatre style presentation. A 75" plasma screen and hi-spec IT facilities as well as modern lighting features and an in-built cloakroom are a few of the highlights included with the use of this room.
Located on the same floor as our two auditoriums, Halls One and Two, the St Pancras Room works well as a breakout room attached to a conference or larger event, or as it's own stand-alone meeting space. The room is excellent for presentations, meetings, and talks, as it includes a projector, screen, stage, and pa system as standard. Whitewash walls makes this room a fantastic blank canvas space for product launches as it can be easily branded.
The Limehouse Room is situated on the concert level. Capacities range from 37 for theatre style and receptions, up to 20 boardroom style and 18 cabaret style. The Limehouse room is perfect for boardroom meetings and presentations as well as a great breakout space as part of a larger event at Kings Place.
