Great Hall
The Great Hall is an incredibly versatile space, able to accommodate any kind of event you could imagine! The massive floor space makes it an ideal choice for large corporate events such as conferences, award ceremonies, launches or other business events. The high ceilings in this space ensure that guests never feel cramped and is flooded with natural daylight or can be backlit to by night. Our Organ Gallery is accessible for AV crews, theming and photography. Adjoining rooms such as the Cloisters, the Parlour and Courtyard Garden are ideal breakout spaces for conferences.
Courtyard Garden
Forming the heart of the Merchant Taylors' experience is your very own private stone-flagged, fragrant, sunny garden making it hard to believe that you've not suddenly walked out onto the lawn of a gorgeous English stately home. A wonderful space for guests to relax, mingle and enjoy themselves in the sunshine, the garden has the ideal ambiance for barbeques, informal gatherings as well as receptions and corporate events.

The Library accommodates twenty-five in theatre style or up to twenty in a boardroom set-up. This meeting room is perfect for smaller business meetings. The characterful Library is the heart of Merchant Taylors' Hall. A sentiment reflected in its collection of first editions and books which document the history of the building.

The King's Gallery adds a delightfully welcoming setting to your day, perfectly complementing the adjoining Drawing Room space. It's ideal for up to fifty guests for a buffet arrangement in a luxurious surrounding, or more intimate seating arrangements can be organised for private dining. For guests who enjoy a story to tell, engage them in a conversation about how James I dined in this very room in 1607. Today, light pastels give them room a fresh, contemporary poise. Floor to ceiling windows add an extra dimension by overlooking the Great Hall below.

From a medieval banqueting hall to our exquisite courtyard garden, we have a variety of rooms that suit a vast range of events.
From Gala dinners, summer parties, product launches and large scale conferences we have the space here.
Moreover, we have the oldest working kitchens in the City and can offer silver service style to street food inspired market stalls. We are passionate about our heritage and yet embrace the new food trends we see, taste and serve!
