The Live Room is Twickenham Stadiums state-of-the-art auditorium. The space makes for a perfect venue for a conference, seated dinner or large drinks reception. The room has retractable bleacher seating and full in-house audio-visual equipment. The Rose Suite is the largest of Twickenham Stadium's spaces and can be used for a variety of events including drinks receptions, dinners, wedding receptions, exhibitions, Christmas parties and conferences. Throughout December the Rose Suite will be themed to celebrate the Fairy Tale in New York Christmas parties and packages are offered for shared and private Christmas parties. The Rose Suite is also very popular for larger award ceremonies as there is ample space for a stage and dance floor. It also benefits from an integral bar, PA system, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

The President's Suite is set in the prestigious West Stand and regularly plays host to Royalty and VIPs on match days. The Suite is ideal for a boardroom meeting or training session, holding up to 40 delegates theatre style or 14 in a boardroom style seating. Situated in the North Stand, the Beaumont Room forms part of the Six Nations Suite. This room has its own dedicated entrance for easy access. This room has been tastefully decorated with a series of unique and interesting rugby memorabilia such as old jerseys from famous players and photos. This room can be used in conjunction with Carling which is on the ground floor. The room has a capacity of 450 people for a standing reception, 320 for dining, and 210 for cabaret seating style.
Captains Club sits in the North Stand of the stadium and the newly designed suite has the advantages of its own dedicated entrance and private bar facility. Captains Club lends itself as more of a blank canvas space and has been created with endless opportunities to add branding and theme the space, ideal for product launches and events with a creative flair.
In total there are four Brunel Rooms 1-4, situated on Level 2 in the South Stand of the stadium. The Brunel rooms all conveniently interconnect making these the perfect space to host small meetings, workshops, exhibitions, training sessions or syndicate groups. These rooms are all identical, but can be arranged in different ways. The capacity for a boardroom style is 28 people, 80 for a standing reception, 62 for private dining, 42 people for cabaret style, and 70 people for theatre seating. The Churchill Suite is one of the larger spaces within the stadium, located on Level 2 in the South Stand. The space is large and flexible enough for a whole range of different events including conferences, exhibitions, product launches, meetings, celebrations and dinners. The Nightingale Suite is often used as a refreshments area for the large conferences that take place in the Rose Suite. The Shakespeare Suite is accessed by Level 2 in the South Stand of the Stadium. The Union Ale House, located on the level 1 of the East Stand is an ideal location for informal celebrations in an ultimate pub style atmosphere, The Ale House is perfect for post conference drinks receptions and Christmas parties. The British Airways Rose Garden is Twickenham's new lively roof terrace, a unique and fun space which is largely covered with some open areas for an 'outdoors feel'. Located on the top floor of the new East Stand The Rose Garden can accommodate up to to 550 for drinks with food options available in a special street food concept with a built in wood fire pizza ovens and rotisserie.
Situated on Level 3, The Lock South is one of Twickenham's premium event spaces which features views of the famous pitch. OPENING DECEMBER 2018 Located on level 4 of the new East Stand, The Clubhouse Bar makes up one half of the clubhouse. Touches of warm wood, leather and metallic finishes complete the light and airy facility which is perfect for a post event drinks reception in its open plan space. The space is also very capable of hosting small exhibitions and showcases.
