The Live Room is Allianz Stadium's state-of-the-art auditorium facility, located on the ground floor of the stadium's south stand. The venue makes an excellent space to host screenings, live shows and presentations and much more, thanks to large in-built bleacher seating, and a flexible open space.

Rose Suite

Capacity: Up to 1076 Theatre guests

The Rose Suite is Allianz Stadium's largest event space and can be broken down into two smaller spaces - Rose Rooms 1 and 2. It is a versatile facility suitable for anything from a large dinner for 900, conference for up to 1200 and exhibition. The room has an integral bar, PA system and complimentary WiFi access. There are in-house audio visual services so that everything goes smoothly. There is also in-house catering available from a professional kitchen. It also benefits from our onsite hotel, car parking, and close proximity to London Heathrow airport.

Beaumont

Capacity: Up to 450 Reception guests

Situated in the North Stand, Beaumont is suitable for meetings, benefiting from natural daylight and recessed lighting. The room has been tastefully decorated with a series of unique and interesting rugby memorabilia such as old jerseys from famous players and photos.

Lock No. 5

Capacity: Up to 900 Reception guests

Located within Allianz Stadium's modern east stand, The Lock No. 5 makes up half of the full Lock space. This bright and modern space provides an excellent venue to host mid-sized meetings, gala dinners, Christmas parties and more, with the great benefit of a spacious bar allowing for a great social space for pre-dinner drinking.

Council Room

Capacity: Up to 70 Reception guests

Situated in the prestigious West Stand, the Council Room overlooks the famous Rose and Poppy Gates that acts as the entrance to the players on match day. The Council Room is perfect for smaller meetings and can be often used as a break-out to the larger spaces in the West Stand. The room is divided into two areas by a wall in the middle of the space. There's a bar on one side of the room which makes it a good area for a small reception. The room is traditionally decorated, with an integrated bar. There are floor to ceiling windows which let in an abundance of natural daylight.

Spirit of Rugby

Capacity: Up to 750 Reception guests

Allianz Stadium's West Stand is home to the Spirit of Rugby, a large space perfect for larger conferences and exhibitions for up to 400 delegates. The space benefits from it's own foyer which is ideal for registration, cloakroom and private toilets. The Spirit of Rugby is also close to three other spaces: the Members Lounge, Presidents Suite and Council Room, all of which can be used as breakout spaces for bigger events that require rooms for seminars or production offices.

Churchill Suite

Capacity: Up to 375 Reception guests

The Churchill Suite is one of the larger spaces within Allianz Stadium, located on Level 2 in the South Stand. The space is large and flexible enough for a whole range of different events including conferences, exhibitions, product launches, meetings, celebrations and dinners. The Churchill Suite also benefits from state-of-the-art AV, an integrated bar facility, free car parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This room has a capacity of 430 people for a standing reception, 250 for private dining, 250 people for theatre style seating, 175 for cabaret seating, and 60 people for boardroom seating

Twickenham Cellar

Capacity: Up to 14 Boardroom guests

Allianz Stadium's most secretive and concealed room, the Twickenham Cellar, is available for private dinners for up to 14 people.

The Clubhouse Restaurant

Presidents' Suite

Capacity: Up to 70 Reception guests

Set in the prestigious West Stand, the President's Suite regularly plays host to Royalty and VIP's on match days. The Suite is ideal for a formal dinner for up to 40 people or 24 in cabaret style seating and benefits from floor to ceiling windows over-looking the famous playing field. This room is a stunning spot for any sports fans to have a private dining party. The space also benefits from the Ante Room, which you enter through to get to the Suite. The Ante Room is perfect for a pre-dinner drinks reception and again over-looks the pitch.

Elgar Suite

Capacity: Up to 402 Theatre guests

The Elgar Suite is situated on Level 2 in the South Stand of Allianz Stadium. This space is formed of two interconnecting rooms, and is perfect for larger conferences, meetings, workshops, or exhibitions or split into two for smaller conferences with a break-out room for refreshments. The Elgar Suite benefits from natural daylight, upgraded state-of-the-art AV equipment and complimentary Wi-Fi. The Elgar Suite has a capacity of 620 people for a reception, 370 people for private dining, 300 for theatre style seating, and 196 people for cabaret seating.

Nightingale Suite

Capacity: Up to 400 Reception guests

The Nightingale Suite is positioned on Level 2 in the South Stand of Allianz Stadium. It is one of the larger open spaces within the stadium, making it perfect for a range of events including conferences, meetings, product launches, receptions, exhibitions and dinners. Nightingale also benefits from an integrated bar, complimentary Wi-Fi and upgraded AV equipment. The suite has a capacity of 500 people for a reception, 300 for theatre, and 182 for cabaret.

Shakespeare Suite

The Shakespeare Suite is accessed by Level 2 in the South Stand of Allianz Stadium. The Suite is formed of three individual rooms named Shakespeare 1, 2 and 3, and can either be used separately or as one large space for conferences, lunches and dinners or networking events. The space benefits from new state-of-the-art AV equipment, an integrated bar facility, Wi-Fi and direct access to the onsite Hotel. The Shakespeare Suite has a capacity of 750 people for a reception, 280 people for cabaret style seating, and 310 people for theatre style seating.

Any sports fan will remember this venue for years to come. Pitchside BBQ's make for an ideal summer party with access to the prestigious Royal Box and England Changing Rooms. Pre-dinner drinks receptions are also perfectly suited to the Player's Tunnel and pitchside, before heading to one of the larger rooms in the West Stand for a seated dinner. Brunel 1-4

In total there are four Brunel Rooms 1-4, situated on Level 2 in the South Stand of the stadium. The Brunel rooms all conveniently interconnect making these the perfect space to host small meetings, workshops, exhibitions, training sessions or syndicate groups. The Brunel rooms are all identical, but can be arranged in different ways. The capacity for a boardroom style is 28 people, 80 for a standing reception, 62 for private dining, 42 people for cabaret style, and 70 people for theatre seating. The rooms benefit from state-of-the-art AV and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The East Wing

The Gate L2
