The Live Room is Twickenham Stadium's industry-leading auditorium. The space makes for a perfect venue for a seated dinner and has the option for a dance floor and stage. The room has full audio-visual equipment and large projector screens. There are retractable bleacher and chairs that can be arranged however you'd like, making this one of our most flexible and impressive event spaces. The space has large load in bays, so it is easy to bring in whatever decoration is needed. There is in house catering available and a recommended cater list for private dining.
The Rose Suite is the largest of Twickenham Stadium's spaces and can be used for a variety of events including drinks receptions, dinners, wedding receptions, exhibitions, Christmas parties and conferences. Throughout December the Rose Suite will be themed to celebrate the Fairy Tale in New York Christmas parties and packages are offered for shared and private Christmas parties. The Rose Suite is also very popular for larger award ceremonies as there is ample space for a stage and dance floor. It also benefits from an integral bar, PA system, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Twickenham Stadium has over 150 Executive meeting rooms, each with a view of the famous playing field. The boxes can cater for 2-20 delegates for boardroom meetings, client interviews or training sessions. The President's Suite is set in the prestigious West Stand and regularly plays host to Royalty and VIPs on match days. The Suite is ideal for a boardroom meeting or training session, holding up to 40 delegates theatre style or 14 in a boardroom style seating. This space is the perfect spot for any sports fans to get together and work. The Ante Room which is connected to the the Suite can be used for a break-out space for refreshments and lunch. Situated in the Prestigious West Stand, the Council Room overlooks the famous Lion Gate that acts as the entrance to the players on match day. The Council Room is perfect for smaller meetings and can be often used as a break-out to the larger spaces in the West Stand. The room is divided into two areas by a wall in the middle of the space. There's a bar on one side of the room which makes it a good area for a small reception. The room is traditionally decorated, with an integrated bar. Situated in the North Stand, the Beaumont Room forms part of the Six Nations Suite. This room has its own dedicated entrance for easy access. The room is suitable for meetings, benefiting from natural daylight and recessed lighting. This room has been tastefully decorated with a series of unique and interesting rugby memorabilia such as old jerseys from famous players and photos. This room can be used in conjunction with Carling which is on the ground floor. The room has a capacity of 450 people for a standing reception, 320 for dining, and 210 for cabaret seating style.
Captains Club sits in the North Stand of the stadium and the newly designed suite has the advantages of its own dedicated entrance and private bar facility. Captains Club lends itself as more of a blank canvas space and has been created with endless opportunities to add branding and theme the space, ideal for product launches and events with a creative flair.
In total there are four Brunel Rooms 1-4, situated on Level 2 in the South Stand of the stadium. The Brunel rooms all conveniently interconnect making these the perfect space to host small meetings, workshops, exhibitions, training sessions or syndicate groups. These rooms are all identical, but can be arranged in different ways. The capacity for a boardroom style is 28 people, 80 for a standing reception, 62 for private dining, 42 people for cabaret style, and 70 people for theatre seating. The rooms benefit from state-of-the-art AV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The Churchill Suite is one of the larger spaces within the stadium, located on Level 2 in the South Stand. The Suite can comfortably seat up to 250 people for a dinner and is often used as an evening location after a conference in one of the other spaces at the stadium. It also benefits from upgraded state-of-the-art AV, an integrated bar facility and complimentary Wi-Fi. This room has a capacity of 430 for a standing reception, 250 for private dining, 250 for theatre style seating, 175 for cabaret seating, and 60 people for boardroom seating.
The Elgar Suite is situated on Level 2 in the South Stand of the Stadium. This space is formed of two interconnecting rooms. The space is ideal for seated dinners for up to 300 people or the room can be split into two for smaller dinners with a separate area for a pre-dinner drinks reception. The room can hold 620 people for a reception and 196 people for cabaret style seating.
The Grand Slam room is situated on Level 3 in the South Stand of the Stadium. It is a large open space which can be seen very much as a blank canvas, making it ideal for product launches, conferences, meetings, and exhibitions. The room benefits from complimentary Wi-Fi and audio visual equipment, and is in close proximity to the Executive Boxes and are often used in conjunction with the Grand Slam room if smaller room are required for private meetings. The Grand Slam room has a capacity of 500 for a reception, 120 people for theatre seating and 63 for cabaret seating.
The Nightingale Suite is positioned on Level 2 in the South Stand of the Stadium. It is one of the larger open spaces within the stadium, making it perfect for a whole host of events including conferences, meetings, product launches, receptions, exhibitions, and dinners. The Nightingale Suite is often used as a refreshments area for the large conferences that take place in the Rose Suite. Twickenham Cellar is Twickenham Stadium's most exclusive dining facility concealed deep within the prestigious West Stand. Inside the The Gate you will find a simple, modern exquisite chop-house style restaurant. With an authentic steakhouse feel complimented with low lighting and open brickwork surroundings. The Union Ale House, located on the level 1 of the East Stand is an ideal location for informal celebrations in an ultimate pub style atmosphere, The Ale House is perfect for post conference drinks receptions and Christmas parties. The Union Ale House features a private entrance, dedicated toilets and a large bar. There is an in-built projector and screen if required, along with a number of plasma screens around the space and in-built speakers. The British Airways Rose Garden is Twickenham's new lively roof terrace, a unique and fun space which is largely covered with some open areas for an 'outdoors feel'. Located on the top floor of the new East Stand The Rose Garden can accommodate up to to 550 for drinks with food options available in a special street food concept with a built in wood fire pizza ovens and rotisserie.
Situated on Level 3, The Lock South is one of Twickenham's premium event spaces which features views of the famous pitch. Ideal for Christmas parties, gala dinners, smaller conferences and exhibitions. The Lock benefits from a spacious bar area which allows for ample space for pre-dinner drinks and room for a large dance floor!
OPENING DECEMBER 2018 Located on level 4 of the new East Stand, The Clubhouse Bar makes up one half of the clubhouse. Touches of warm wood, leather and metallic finishes complete the light and airy facility which is perfect for a post event drinks reception in its open plan space. The space is also very capable of hosting small exhibitions and showcases.
