Whole Venue
The 25,000 sq. ft venue has a unique location in the heart of Clerkenwell, London, making it easily accessible from both Farringdon and Barbican tube stations. With exclusive licensing hours running 24 hours a day, it can host events across the spectrum. The venue can be rented in part or as a whole and each of its three rooms has the versatility to accommodate a range of requests.
Room 1
Room 1 is the biggest space available for hire in Fabric, and features a dancefloor with Europe's first ever 'Bodysonic' system. There is a stand alone DJ booth and the area is overlooked by the VIP mezzanine lounge. The large space can be used for events of all kinds, such as conferences, presentations, product launches and weddings.

Room 2 is the second largest space available for hire in fabric. It has its own dedicated entry from street level and a raised DJ booth and bar. There are 3 stages, meaning this space lends itself well to presentations and corporate events as well as private parties

Room 3 is the smallest of rooms for hire in Fabric. It has it's own DJ Booth and a compact, intimate setting which is ideal for smaller events or private parties.

This area overlooks Room 1 and can be completely self-contained or as a breakout area with hire of a larger room. It has modern furnishings and a cozy, exclusive and intimate feel.

The Sunken Bar features a bedded lounge area, and it is located right next to Room 2. There are three bunkered couch areas and the area has its own bar and access to unisex toilets. This space provides a great area for a private party.

Opened in 1999, fabric is built on the site of the old Metropolitan Cold Strores which served as a meat cellar for neighbouring Smithfield Market. One of the most prominent music venues in central London, fabric features three distinct rooms that together have a total standing capacity of 1510 people. fabric has consistently been at the cutting-edge of the music scene, showcasing new talent alongside its ground-breaking sound systems. In 2007 and 2008, fabric was voted World Number 1 Club in DJ Magazine's 'Top 100 Clubs Poll' and then also ranked World Number 2 in 2009, 2010 and 2017.
