The Meeting Room
Perfect for covid-safe meetings, presentations, conferences, networking and training workshops, the meeting room seats up to 16 guests in a boardroom table layout, allowing for one metre plus social distancing. This airy room for hire in Liverpool city centre comes equipped with a complimentary SMART interactive whiteboard, flipchart stand and WiFi access. Like all our meeting rooms, it is fully accessible and just a five minute walk from Lime Street station. We also offer the option to hire all three of our ground floor rooms together for an additional fee. Room size: 10.7m x 6.25m x 2.75m.
The Seminar Room
A spacious covid-safe meeting room that offers daylight in abundance, making this a great spot for a conference, training session, team building event, seminar or focus group. It comes equipped with an infra-red hearing loop, a built-in PA system and a large screen Ultra-HD TV. The room is fully accessible, with complimentary Wifi. We also offer the option to hire all three of our ground floor rooms together, for an additional fee. The lounge space is great for more intimate gatherings and meetings for up to 20 people. Some of its features are a 225cm wall-mounted SMART Board and Sennheiser infra-red hearing loop. A professional, functional meeting space which benefits from natural light and has free wireless internet access. This is the largest and probably most versatile room combination, created by opening up the Seminar and Lounge rooms to produce a bright & spacious event space. It comes equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, including a wall-mounted 225cm SMART Board, infra-red hearing loop and a built in PA system with hand held and lapel microphones. It has a been utilised for a range of purposes including conferences, parties and church services. Featuring natural daylight from large windows along one wall, this room is perfect for any event for up to 100 people.

Perfect for conducting counselling or couching sessions or even interviews. I has its own phone and The Brain Charity has a waiting room, which you are welcome to use, if you want to conduct sessions one after the other.
