The Baron
Business conferences and presentations don’t have to be held in a plain room. The Baron is a great option if you need an exceptional space for any business event. It has LED roof lighting and staging that’s a good fit for seminars and presentations. This versatile room suits a variety of occasions. It can fit up to 140 people if it serves as a classroom or more if it is used for other purposes. You will have a private entrance and a bar.

The Newmarket is ideal for small conference, private dinners or as syndicate space for larger events held in adjoining the Baron. The Newmarket is filled with natural light, high ceilings, built in screen, projector and air conditioning.

The Bistro Cottage features three distinct but connected areas each bathed in natural light and air conditioning. During the daytime, the Bistro is perfect for an intimate conference with built-in large screen and projector screen. Alternatively, with private Decking Area, which is popular for corporate barbecues and drinks receptions it is also ideal for the more informal evening event.

The Concourse acts as he main reception, registration and catering area for all events that are hosted within the Exchange. A light and spacious area during the day, easily transformed with its own LED lighting system into a cool bar and reception area at night. The Concourse can easily be branded using the eight built in plasma screens, and two projector screens suitable for logos, welcome messages or social media feeds.
