Affinity Suite
The Affinity suite is ample space in The Eastside Rooms, built for conferences and events. This is more than enough to say why you should choose it if you need a modern and flexible place to hold a conference, meeting, or presentation. As it is brand new, you can expect an advanced audio and visual system, with our team always prepared to help you. Use the Skyfold walls to separate the suite into two rooms if needed.
Belmont Suite
Located on the ground floor, this flexible space is fully divisible into four sections all with soundproofed operable walls.

The room is fully air conditioned and has built in wireless projection facilities using super sized lcd screens around the room. Ashtead One is third of our Ashtead Suite space. The room is flooded with natural light ad has an inbuilt screen and sound. We can accommodate up to 46 delegates in this space and it is great as a syndicate or medium sized meeting room.
