Pavilion Suite (combined)
The Pavilion Suite is a standalone building which has some beautiful views over the Plaza Lawns providing plenty of natural daylight. Black out blinds are available if required. Air conditioning, sound system and WiFi also available. The Pavilion Suite is made up of three sections Pavilion 1, 2 & 3, all of which can be used individually or as a whole with maximum capacity of 1370 theatre style or 430 classroom style.
Pavilion Suite 3
Pavilion Suite 3 is part of a standalone building names The Pavilion. The Pavilion has beautiful views over the Plaza Lawns with natural daylight and black out blinds if required. Air con, sound systems and Wi FI available. Capacity of 270 for lunch/dinner/banquet or 300 for a reception, Pavilion Suite 3 is perfect for awards dinners, corporate lunches or networking event. Multi award winning in house caterers us seasonal and local produce where possible.

Located on the fifth floor of the iconic Grandstand, the private balcony and roof terrace on this suite give you the exciting view of the final two furlongs and the Windsor Estate. Along with an amazing bar area, the suite is well-equipped with air conditioning, sound system and WiFi. It can serve up to 200 for dining, 130 for theatre and 300 for standing receptions. This is why it is a premier choice for business events.

The Furlong Suite is a fully functional semi-permanent structured marquee located next to the Grandstand and is perfect to host a summer party or private event. Opening up onto a two layer balcony overlooking the straight mile, it is ideal for a BBQ or food stalls. Below is a grassed area, perfect for a drinks reception or even a team building event, weather permitting! The Furlong Suite is available July to October.

Having a maximum dining capacity of 120, the suite has natural daylight, Wi-Fi and black out blinds if required.
