Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an optional partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.
The Royal Festival Hall is a stunning auditorium which can seat up to 2,500 guests in fixed raked seating. The Hall boasts a state of the art stage and rig, a large number of back of house areas and many of the original 1950s features. It is perfect for performances, concerts and rehearsals.
Urban Tea Rooms is available to hire for evening events including parties and celebrations, tastings and informal gatherings. The venue boasts high quality, British-sourced food alongside stunning tea-infused cocktails at reasonable prices. The Sackler Hall, Galleries and Entrance Hall can be hired all together to host up to 1000 guests.
Elegantly styled with light decor, the ME Room is available for hire 24 hours a day. Large scale events such as fashion shows and car launches are just a small selection of the impressive events held here. The ME Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a standing reception or 80 for dinner, or with the inter-connecting walls removed between the 6 adjoining studios, the total capacity can be increased to 300pax for a reception or 250pax for a seated lunch or dinner. The venue comes complete with all furniture and linen, as well as table centrepieces and elegant uplighting.
The Auditorium offers a large space to seat 500 delegates of which includes a 268 tiered seating. There is plenty of space in this room for an AV set up build and the possibility of hiring the motorised ceiling rig which has pre-installed lighting and sound equipment. With the additional adjoining breakout rooms, this space is perfect for a Conference with breakout sessions and catering.
