The Executive Boardroom is located on the 8th floor of the hotel. Views overlooking Chelsea Harbour give this meeting room an extra dimension. The room is perfect for those short meetings to a full day meeting. The Executive Boardroom is served from the 8th floor executive lounge facility and also has access to the roof terrace during break times.


The Writing Room is the smallest at the RIGB but it remains light and airy. It is lined with books to provide a traditional feel and so is ideal for meetings, presentations, interviews and intimate gatherings. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.


The Club Room is located within Beaufort House in Chelsea and is ideal for meetings, screenings, presentations and training. The facilities are excellent and the rate is inclusive of free wifi internet, flipchart, whiteboard and markers, water, pads and pens. Telephone with speakerphone function, full catering services and use of the plasma screen & other AV are all available and can be booked on request. One of Chelsea's best locations for meetings and presentations.


The Docklands Boardroom features fantastic views of Canary Wharf. One of the nicest meeting rooms in London, the space is also used for private dinners.

58VE City of London

MR6.1&MR6.2 are a combined space providing the largest meeting room available on our sixth floor offers a flexible space which can hold up to 25 boardroom or 40 people theatre style. This modern space looks out across our Lounge and Balcony over the River Thames and off to the Shard providing not only stunning views but also an abundance of natural light. It is a functional working space is suitable for larger training sessions, workshops and boardroom presentations. The room is supported by state of the art plug and play AV technology and room temperature control.

h Club London Covent Garden

High on glamour and decked out with the latest technology, our meeting rooms provide a full audio, video and presentation equipment and a top notch video conferencing system allowing you to patch in colleagues from across the globe in glorious colour. There is stunning sci-fi inter-planetary artwork that will make you feel a person out of time. This room provides an elegant alternative to a normal, boring meeting room. The Rocket Room is ideal for meetings, workshops, and small conferences, or can even be used for a private dining experience. This room can seat 16 people.

BMA House Bloomsbury

The Edward Jenner room is a purpose-built meeting room on the third floor. It comes stocked with the latest AV technology and is ideal for small boardroom meetings. It can also be used in conjunction with the Harvey Room to offer a fantastic breakout space.


No relaxing in front of the TV, unless you want to be! Our biggest meeting room with a removable wall that connects to The Library for large groups (84.4 sqm).


The stunning Rutland Room is decorated with an elegant and classical decor, featuring the original carved marble fireplace designed by John Rysbrack and floor to ceiling windows with outstanding views of our private garden and Green Park beyond. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.

One Moorgate Place Moorgate Place

The Great Hall lies in the centre of One Moorgate Place and is the largest event space in the venue accommodating up to 400 guests. Being a blank canvas, this space is perfect for business related events such as conferences, seminars, guest lectures, press related activity and presentations. The three large screens, stage and podium provide the perfect platform to showcase and present to an audience. The room can cater for a number of different set-ups including theatre, classroom and round tables depending on the need for your event.

RSA House West End

Seating a maximum of 200 for a conference, this is one of the most spectacular and delightful rooms in London. The glass domed roof allows daylight to illuminate the celebrated paintings, which include The Progress of Human Knowledge, by James Barry. The room is air-conditioned and can be completely blacked out for presentations. The state-of-the art audio-visual facilities include an HD projector for both data and professional format video projection.


The private dining rooms situated on level 38 of the iconic Gherkin building offer unforgettable views of the London skyline. Designed with flexibility in mind, whole floor bookings allow for large gatherings of up to 130 guests. Events at The Gherkin are lavishly catered for with bespoke breakfast, lunch and dinner menus that bring to life Searcys' passion for British produce and seasonality. Here, private dining is both refined and secluded, offering a privileged perspective to impress your guests.
