The Jockey Club Room is a versatile suite within the Queen's Stand and has a balcony overlooking the finish line and winning enclosure. It is an ideal space for an Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner. The space is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and a Banquet layouts and we are more than able to cater for corporate, private and charity events. The price listed is inclusive of VAT. Frequently asked questions

All meeting spaces and banqueting bookings require a minimum of 30 people for meetings and 50 people for banqueting events. Groups smaller than these minimums cannot be accommodated at the venue.

Day Delegate Rate packages start from £53 per person and include main suite hire, arrival tea and coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, finger buffet lunch, afternoon tea and coffee, projector and screen, flipchart and pens, complimentary Wi-Fi and car parking, plus a dedicated event manager. Premium DDR packages are available at £64 per person with enhanced catering options.

The venue does not operate on a pure dry hire basis and external catering is not normally allowed on site. You must use one of their contracted preferred caterers who will quote for both room hire and catering as part of their package, and you need to organize show rounds directly with your chosen caterer.

The Diomed suite can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre style and 224 people in cabaret style. The venue cannot accommodate events requiring 700 guests with 500 seated due to kitchen facility limitations, and the largest halls have capacity restrictions for seated events.

The Blue Ribband suite can accommodate up to 150 people and includes a private terrace overlooking the racecourse, suitable for reception drinks and celebrations. The Diomed suite is available for larger groups up to 500 people in theatre style, and the Oaks Hall can be used for smaller gatherings or as additional space.

All-inclusive dinner packages are available at £76 per person including room hire, glass of bubbly on arrival, three-course seated meal, tea and coffee, staffing and security. You can add half a bottle of wine per person for £18.75 or upgrade to premium wine options, with DJ and dance floor available for £400 plus VAT.

Room hire fees apply for certain spaces, including £1,000 plus VAT for mezzanine area hire, £2,000 plus VAT for catering space hire, and £2,000 plus VAT for breakout spaces. These fees are in addition to catering packages and vary depending on the specific rooms required.

Standard packages include projector and screen, built-in PA system, flipchart and pens, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additional AV equipment is available for extra cost including lectern and microphone for £90, standalone microphone for £70, and medium stage for £350, all prices excluding VAT.

The venue can accommodate live bands and entertainment with appropriate staging facilities available. However, specific restrictions may apply depending on the event type and space requirements, and all entertainment arrangements should be discussed during the booking process.
