All staffing is charged at £18.50 + VAT per person per hour with a 6-hour minimum, including stewarding, car park attendants, event support, and cloakroom staff. SIA security costs £26.80 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), SIA supervisors cost £28.30 + VAT per hour, and CCTV operators cost £31.50 + VAT per hour. First aid is mandatory at £185 + VAT per day (8-hour minimum).

What is the maximum dining capacity for the Exhibition Hall?

The venue cannot accommodate large seated dining events beyond their kitchen capacity limitations. For events requiring 500+ seated guests, the kitchen facilities are insufficient to service these numbers, as confirmed when declining a 700-guest event with 500 seated diners.

Are there additional mandatory costs beyond the venue hire?

Yes, you must budget for a cleaning contribution of £425 + VAT, and public liability insurance with minimum £5 million cover is required. Catering has minimum spends that apply (price on application), and all staffing costs are subject to annual increases from April 1st each year.

What AV equipment and furniture costs should I expect?

AV equipment, photocopying, furniture, and any dilapidations are charged separately and priced on application (POA). The venue can provide projectors, screens, microphones, and staging, but specific costs depend on your requirements and must be quoted by your Kempton Park Event Manager.

How far in advance should I book and what is the booking process?

The venue operates a hold system for dates while clients make decisions, and availability can change quickly with popular dates booking out over weekends.
