The Boardroom is one of the more intimate suites at Epsom Downs. It is located within the Queen's Stand, is traditionally decorated and boasts stunning views over the finish line and the Downs. It is an ideal space for a Banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner, Dinner Party or Ball. The Boardroom is the perfect Dining Room and is suited for any small scale Dining Event - Corporate or Private. The price listed is inclusive of VAT. Frequently asked questions

All dining bookings require a minimum of 50 people. Meeting spaces have a minimum of 30 people, but banqueting specifically requires 50 guests minimum to proceed with a booking.

Day Delegate Rate packages start from £53 per person plus VAT. All-inclusive dining packages are available at £76 per person including VAT, which covers room hire, glass of bubbly on arrival, 3-course seated meal, tea and coffee, staffing and security. Wine can be added at £18.75 per person for half a bottle.

External catering is not normally allowed on site. The venue works with contracted preferred caterers only - you must use one of their approved catering partners rather than sourcing your own catering independently.

The Diomed suite can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre style or 224 people in cabaret style for dining. The Oaks Hall can accommodate up to 50 people for dining events. The Blue Ribband suite can host up to 150 people and includes a private terrace overlooking the racecourse.

Yes, there are additional room hire fees depending on the space. The mezzanine area has a room hire fee of £1,000 plus VAT. Catering spaces incur a venue hire fee of £2,000 plus VAT, and breakout spaces cost an additional £2,000 plus VAT.

The kitchen facilities in the largest halls cannot service events requiring 500+ seated guests. For events requiring 700 total capacity with 500 seated for dining, the kitchen facilities are insufficient to handle this level of service.

DJ and dance floor services are available for £400 plus VAT. The venue can accommodate live bands and entertainment, and menu upgrades for main courses are possible at additional cost depending on your selections.

You must select from their contracted catering partners first, then organize the venue viewing and booking through your chosen caterer. The caterers will quote for both room hire and catering as part of their package, and you cannot book directly with the venue for catered events.
