The standard room hire rate is £600 plus VAT for the Double Box. However, discounted rates may be available depending on your event requirements and package selection.

What additional mandatory costs apply to all bookings?

All events require a cleaning contribution of £425 plus VAT. You must also provide public liability insurance with minimum £5 million cover, and all staffing costs are subject to annual increases from April 1st each year.

Are there premium rates for holiday bookings?

Yes, all staffing is charged at double time on Bank and Public Holidays including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. Plan accordingly if your dining event falls on these dates.

What AV equipment is available for presentations during dining events?

Basic AV equipment is available including projectors, screens, microphones, and PA systems. Specific items like lecterns cost £90 plus VAT, individual microphones £70 plus VAT, and staging £250-350 plus VAT depending on size requirements.
