The Royal Box offers incredible views, directly over the winning line at Kempton Park. The Box has hosted many VIPs, with multiple members of the Royal Family including the late Queen Elizabeth II recorded in the attendance book. It is an ideal space for an intimate Banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner or Dinner Party. The Royal Box is the perfect Dining Room and is suited for any smaller Dining Event - Corporate or Private.

The Desert Orchid Suite accommodates up to 72 guests in cabaret layout with stunning racecourse views and a private balcony. The Nigel Clark Suite is also available for dining events. Specific pricing is quoted on request based on your event requirements and date.

All staffing is charged at £18.50 + VAT per person per hour with a 6-hour minimum, including stewarding, event support, and cloakroom staff. SIA Security is £26.80 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), SIA Licensed Supervisors are £28.30 + VAT per hour, and First Aid is £185 + VAT per day (8-hour minimum). All rates are subject to annual increases from April 1st.

Catering minimum spends apply but are quoted on request (POA). The venue asks whether you require internal catering services during the booking process. Kitchen facilities are available to service dining events, though capacity limitations exist for very large seated events (over 500 guests).

You must budget for a cleaning contribution of £425 + VAT. Public liability insurance with minimum £5 million cover is required. Staffing costs are mandatory based on your event size and type, and all rates are subject to double-time charges on Bank and Public Holidays including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

The Desert Orchid Suite accommodates up to 72 guests in cabaret layout. For larger dining events requiring 500+ seated guests, the venue's kitchen facilities cannot service these numbers in seated capacity. The venue will decline bookings that exceed their operational capabilities for dining events.

AV equipment, photocopying, and furniture are available but priced on application (POA). The venue can provide tables, chairs, and basic AV setup, but specific equipment requirements and pricing must be quoted by your Kempton Park Event Manager based on your needs.

The venue can place bookings on hold as a first option while you confirm details with your client. Popular dates book out well in advance - for example, November 2025 dates were already unavailable when enquired about months prior. Contact the venue early to secure your preferred date.

The venue offers a 12% commission plus VAT on net rates for agent bookings. Your dedicated Event Manager will provide detailed quotes including all additional services required. The venue requires confirmation of specific requirements like breakout spaces, layouts, and AV needs before finalizing proposals.

The venue allows external suppliers but requires Health, Safety & Hygiene certificates for all food outlets as well as licenses for bars if you're bringing your own catering. Entertainment and DJ services can be arranged, and the venue can accommodate staging requirements for performances.

Kempton Park has its own on-site railway station providing direct routes to and from London Waterloo, making it easily accessible for guests. Complimentary car parking is available on-site. Car park attendants can be provided at £18.50 + VAT per hour with a 6-hour minimum if required for your event.
