The Royal Box offers incredible views, directly over the winning line at Kempton Park. The Box has hosted many VIPs, with multiple members of the Royal Family including the late Queen Elizabeth II recorded in the attendance book. The Royal Box is an ideal space for an intimate Meeting, Presentation, Workshop, Team Building or Training Event. It is the perfect space for smaller scale Corporate Events.

The Exhibition Hall costs £1,788 + VAT per build-up day and £3,575 + VAT per event/open day. You must also budget for mandatory cleaning contribution of £425 + VAT, plus staffing costs including stewarding at £18.50 + VAT per person per hour (6-hour minimum), and first aid at £185 + VAT per day (8-hour minimum). Public liability insurance with minimum £5 million cover is required.

All staffing has 6-hour minimums at £18.50 + VAT per person per hour for stewarding, car park attendants, event support, and cloakroom staff. Security rates are higher: SIA Security at £26.80 + VAT per hour, SIA Licensed Supervisors at £28.30 + VAT per hour, and CCTV Operator at £31.50 + VAT per hour. All staffing is charged at double time on bank holidays including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

The Exhibition Hall provides approximately 1,400m² of exhibition space on the ground floor of the grandstand. It features natural daylight and is described as a bright, vibrant and stylish multifunctional space suitable for trade shows, consumer shows, and product launches. The venue can accommodate up to 500 delegates in theatre style in their Premier Suite.

The venue offers internal catering with minimum spends that apply (specific amounts quoted as POA - price on application). For large events, they can provide catering concession units with a minimum spend of £1,500 inc VAT per unit, or offer a buyout fee of £30,000 inc VAT for external catering. All external food outlets must provide Health, Safety & Hygiene certificates and bar licences.

The venue uses a hold system where spaces can be placed on hold while clients make decisions. They offer 12% commission plus VAT on net rates for certain bookings. Payment timelines and deposit requirements are quoted as POA (price on application) and would be provided by your dedicated Kempton Park Event Manager during the booking process.

Basic AV includes projector and screen, flipchart and pens, and complimentary Wi-Fi in some packages. Additional equipment costs £60 + VAT for lapel microphones, £250 + VAT for large screen/projector, £250 + VAT for staging, and £395 + VAT for an AV technician for the day. Built-in PA system is complimentary in some spaces.

The venue cannot accommodate events requiring 700 guests with 500 seated due to kitchen facility limitations. The Premier Suite accommodates maximum 500 theatre style, while the Desert Orchid Suite holds up to 72 guests in cabaret layout. The Exhibition Hall's 1,400m² can handle larger exhibitions and trade shows.

Build-up days are charged separately at £1,788 + VAT per day, with live event days at £3,575 + VAT. The venue mentions that additional services costs are subject to annual increases from 1st April each year. Specific timing restrictions and setup requirements would be confirmed by your dedicated Event Manager.
