The Desert Orchid Suite is named after the much-loved grey race horse, and is a versatile space that can be tailored to suit a specific theme. The suite boasts its own large private balcony, which can provide an outside breakout area for visitors and delegates or act as a smoking area for events. It is an ideal space for a Conference, Presentation, Workshop, Team Building, Training or Networking Event. The Desert Orchid Suite is the perfect space for your corporate event.

The Exhibition Hall costs £1,788 + VAT per build-up day and £3,575 + VAT per event/open day. You must also budget for mandatory cleaning contribution of £425 + VAT, plus staffing costs including stewarding, car park attendants, event support, and cloakroom staff at £18.50 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum each). Security staff cost £26.80 + VAT per hour and first aid is £185 + VAT per day.

The Exhibition Hall provides approximately 1,400m² of exhibition space on the ground floor of the grandstand. It features natural daylight and is described as a bright, vibrant, and stylish multifunctional space suitable for trade shows, consumer shows, and product launches.

Staffing costs £18.50 + VAT per hour with 6-hour minimums for stewarding, car park attendants, event support, and cloakroom staff. Security requires SIA licensed supervisors at £28.30 + VAT per hour, SIA security at £26.80 + VAT per hour, and CCTV operators at £31.50 + VAT per hour. All staffing is charged at double time on bank holidays including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

You must provide public liability insurance with minimum £5 million cover. The venue also requires health, safety, and hygiene certificates for all food outlets, plus licenses for any bars if you're bringing your own catering.

You can bring your own catering, but minimum spends apply for venue catering (price on application). If using external catering, you must provide health, safety, and hygiene certificates for all food outlets and licenses for bars. All catering arrangements require approval from your Kempton Park Event Manager.

The venue cannot accommodate events requiring 700 guests with 500 seated, as their kitchen facilities cannot service these numbers in seated capacity. For large events, the Exhibition Hall's 1,400m² space and kitchen limitations will determine maximum capacity based on your specific requirements.

All additional services costs are subject to annual increases from 1st April each year. The booking process involves contacting the events team who will put together a proposal based on your requirements. Specific dates can be held while you make decisions, and any additional services can be quoted by your assigned Kempton Park Event Manager.

AV equipment is available but pricing is on application (POA). Other services include photocopying, furniture (POA), and dilapidations charges. The venue can provide various technical services, but specific equipment and pricing must be quoted individually by your event manager based on your requirements.
