The Royal Box is an exclusive room within the Queen's Stand. Steeped in heritage, it is the ideal location to impress your guests with its grandeur. A private balcony looks over the finish line and it is the perfect space to give your dinner a different twist. It is an ideal space for an intimate Banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner or Dinner Party. The Boardroom is the perfect Dining Room and is suited for any smaller Dining Event - Corporate or Private. The price listed is inclusive of VAT. Frequently asked questions

All dining bookings require a minimum of 50 people. Meeting spaces have a separate minimum of 30 people, but banqueting specifically requires 50 guests minimum.

Day Delegate Rate starts from £53 per person for groups of 30+. All-inclusive dining packages are available at £76 per person including room hire, arrival drink, 3-course seated meal, tea and coffee, staffing and security. Wine can be added at £18.75 per person for half a bottle.

External catering is not normally allowed on site. The venue works with contracted preferred caterers who handle both room hire and catering as part of their package. You must use one of their approved catering partners rather than sourcing your own.

The Royal Box offers intimate dining with heritage grandeur and a private balcony overlooking the finish line. The Diomed suite can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre style or 224 in cabaret style with use of a private terrace. The Oaks Hall can accommodate approximately 50 people for smaller dining events.

Yes, there are additional room hire fees depending on the space. The Mezzanine area has a room hire fee of £1,000 plus VAT. Some packages include room hire while others charge it separately, so confirm what's included in your specific quote.

Kitchen facilities in the largest halls cannot service seated capacity for very large numbers (over 500 seated guests). For events requiring 700 total guests with 500 seated, the kitchen facilities would not be adequate to handle this level of service.

Yes, spaces can be flipped between different setups. The main rooms can be used for daytime conferences and then transformed for evening dining and entertainment. Additional costs may apply for room flips and extended hire periods.

DJ and dance floor services are available at £400 plus VAT. The venue can accommodate live bands and entertainment, with spaces that can include staging areas. Wine upgrades and menu enhancements are available at additional cost depending on your selections.
