The Gallops Suite is one of three inter-connected suites on the first floor and has a privileged position within the Duchess' Stand. The balcony wraps around the stand so you have views of London and across the parade ring on one side, and over the racecourse on the other side. It is an ideal space for a Conference, Presentation, Workshop, team Building, Training or Networking event. The Gallops Suite is the perfect space for your Corporate Event. The price listed is inclusive of VAT. Please see the House Rules for Details on the Delegate Package.



Frequently asked questions

All meeting spaces require a minimum of 30 people to book. This applies to all conference and meeting room bookings regardless of the specific space or package selected.

Banqueting bookings require a minimum of 50 people. This is separate from the meeting space minimum and applies specifically to dining events.

Day Delegate Rate packages start from £53 per person plus VAT. The Classic DDR Package at £53+VAT includes main suite hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries and fruit, mid-morning refreshments, finger buffet lunch, afternoon tea/coffee, water, projector/screen, flipchart, WiFi, parking, and dedicated event manager. A Premier DDR Package is available at £64+VAT with enhanced catering options.

External catering is not normally allowed on site. However, the venue works with contracted preferred caterers who can provide catering services if you prefer not to use the in-house catering. You must use one of their approved catering partners rather than bringing your own external caterer.

No, the venue does not sell on a pure dry hire basis. All bookings must include either in-house catering services or use one of their contracted preferred catering partners who will quote for both room hire and catering as part of their package.

For events requiring 500+ seated guests, the Diomed suite can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre style for presentations. However, the venue's kitchen facilities cannot service seated dining for groups of 700+ people, making such large-scale events unsuitable for the venue.

The venue can offer the Diomed suite for up to 500 people in theatre style presentations, with the Oaks Hall available for smaller exhibition areas accommodating around 50 stalls. However, larger exhibition requirements may exceed the venue's capacity limitations.
