The Gallops Suite is one of three inter-connected suites on the first floor and has a privileged position within the Duchess' Stand. The balcony wraps around the stand so you have views of London and across the parade ring on one side, and over the racecourse on the other side.
It is an ideal space for a Conference, Presentation, Workshop, team Building, Training or Networking event. The Gallops Suite is the perfect space for your Corporate Event.

A Premier DDR Package is available at £64+VAT with enhanced catering options.
Does Epsom Downs Racecourse allow external catering to be brought on site?
External catering is not normally allowed on site. However, the venue works with contracted preferred caterers who can provide catering services if you prefer not to use the in-house catering. You must use one of their approved catering partners rather than bringing your own external caterer.
Is dry hire available for events at Epsom Downs Racecourse?
No, the venue does not sell on a pure dry hire basis. All bookings must include either in-house catering services or use one of their contracted preferred catering partners who will quote for both room hire and catering as part of their package.
