How do I book catering and arrange a site visit for my wedding?

You must first choose from their list of contracted preferred caterers, then contact your chosen caterer directly for quotes, availability and site visit requests. The caterers handle both room hire and catering costs as part of their package pricing.

What are the capacity limitations for the largest wedding events?

The venue cannot accommodate very large weddings requiring 500+ seated guests or events needing to serve 700+ people, as their kitchen facilities and largest halls are not equipped to service these numbers in seated capacity.

Are there any restrictions on wedding timing or availability?

Wedding availability varies by date and the venue operates specific booking procedures through their preferred caterers. The National Sales Manager works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, which may affect response times for enquiries and site visits.
