The restaurant area seats up to 75 guests or 60 theatre-style. For presentations requiring 120+ people, you need multiple connected spaces in an L-shaped configuration across restaurant, Ruby, and Rose rooms.
What are the booking deposit and payment requirements?
A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to secure most bookings, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event date. However, some bookings within 30 days require full non-refundable prepayment due to the cancellation policy. Drinks pre-orders and dietary requirements are also due 30 days prior.
How does the mini golf component work for groups?
Groups are split into teams of up to 6 people, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart. It takes approximately 30 minutes per team to complete 9 holes. For larger groups, multiple courses can be used simultaneously - a group of 120 takes about 2 hours total, while 25 people need 35-40 minutes.

The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen, the Rose room has a small TV, and the restaurant area offers a big screen with projector. Microphones are available upon request.
