Health Centre with a variety of spaces available. 3 Therapy Treatment Rooms, 1 Counselling Room, 1 Large Fitness Suite (with fitness equipment but also space large enough for classes) and 1 Large Open Plan Studio. Capacities vary depending on use, largest studio can hold 30people for a dance class, or 20 for Yoga/Pilates. Counselling Room suitable for up to 5 people. Communal facilities, parking, utilities, rates all included with room rate. Rooms can be booked hourly or daily dependent on area and day/time required. All tenants book by the hour so availability is varied but 1st come 1st serve
