The Walters Suite is named after Edward Walters, who designed the Free Trade Hall's iconic façade and structure. It is a stylish, self-contained suite, equipped with advanced AV technology, complimentary wi-fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, LCD projection screens. It is a versatile venue, ideally suited to host business meetings, presentations, seminars, conferences and training workshops. An event technician is available to ensure the successful execution of all presentations and corporate events.

The 1844 room at the Manchester Marriott Victoria and Albert Hotel is a highly flexible and adaptable space. For business meetings and corporate events, the room can accommodate up to 30 in a theatre style seating format. Situated in Manchester’s vibrant business district, the hotel offers a comprehensive range of business services and equipment.

The Lowry Hotel’s curved glass fronted façade makes a dramatic backdrop for any event or Manchester conference. We have a designated Conference & Banqueting floor with 15 flexible spaces. They range from small meeting rooms to our Grand Ballroom. All are fully equipped with the latest audio-visual technology. Our chefs can serve between 10 and 400 guests while an additional private room accommodates up to 20 diners.

Situated on the ground floor of the Lowry Theatre, the North Room is a well-equipped, brightly-coloured meeting room. The space comes with a full AV-system, colourful walls and lighting, and air conditioning. The North Room can be hired in combination with the South Room, as breakout space for larger conference rooms, or by themselves as an ideal location for meetings and trainings.
