The Auditorium can accommodate up to 600 guests and is included in Day Delegate Rate packages with a minimum of 300 guests. The Upper River Room and Lower River Room offer spectacular views of London landmarks and can be hired separately for dining events. The Newgate Suite can accommodate various layouts and is included in DDR packages with a minimum of 120 guests.

Day Delegate Rate packages include arrival refreshments, mid-morning refreshments, two-course hot fork buffet lunch, and afternoon refreshments. Christmas packages include bowl food or seated dinner options. Additional catering options include canapes at £13 per person, bakery baskets at £2.75 per person, and various drinks packages.

Standard Day Delegate Rate packages run from 08:00-17:30. Christmas party packages typically run from 18:30-00:00 with the option to extend into early hours. Early access from 06:00 is available for £2,000 plus VAT for load-in requirements.

Basic AV equipment includes LCD projector or screen, flipchart, lectern, and microphone. The Auditorium features a Yamaha QL1 mixing desk, Bose line array speaker system, 4 handheld radio mics, 16ft x 9ft screen, and 15k HD projector. Additional AV packages and staging options are available through the venue's partner supplier Rockit.

Two-hour unlimited house beer, wine, and soft drinks packages are available at £25 per person. Three-hour packages cost £30 per person. Christmas packages include unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks with the option to add spirits. Cash bar options are also available with minimum spend requirements.

Complimentary spaces include the Foyer and Mezzanine shared areas, plus two Green Rooms (Castle Baynard and Workshop). Event management, stewarding, and cloakroom services are included in packages. The venue provides air conditioning, free basic Wi-Fi, and motorised lighting in the Auditorium.
