The Restaurant at The Hari is a chic, and impressive space to host your private dining events, from birthday celebrations with friends to meetings with clients or colleagues. It can accommodate up to 45 guests for seated lunches or dinners, and up to 85 guests for standing receptions and networking events. For exclusive hires the spaces is ideal as arrival reception can be on one side of the restaurant and dining up to 32 on on the other side. There is inbuild bar in the middle which breaks up the spaces perfectly.

The Snug (semi-private bar area) has no room hire fee but requires a £1,200-£1,500 minimum spend plus 12.5-13.5% service charge. The Garden Terrace costs £700-£1,000 room hire plus £1,500-£1,650 minimum spend plus service charge. The Muse private dining room costs £500-£800 room hire plus £700-£1,900 minimum spend plus service charge. Il Pampero restaurant requires £1,000-£4,800 minimum spend (no room hire for semi-private) or £2,000-£2,800 room hire for exclusive use plus minimum spend.

The Snug accommodates up to 30-35 guests for standing reception. The Garden Terrace holds up to 15 guests seated or 30 guests standing. The Muse seats up to 22 guests in boardroom setup. Il Pampero accommodates up to 30 guests for private dining with mixed table sizes. The Hari Bar exclusive hire accommodates up to 100-120 guests standing and costs £3,000 room hire plus £5,000-£10,200 minimum spend.

Service charges vary by date quoted - earlier quotes show 12.5% while more recent quotes show 13.5%. This appears to have increased sometime during the period covered. The service charge applies to all food and beverage spending and is mandatory on top of the minimum spend requirements.

All food must come through The Hari's kitchen - you cannot bring outside catering. The only exception is your own cake, which incurs a £100 cutting fee. Cocktails must be pre-ordered, and all bottled beverages are charged on consumption. Food pre-orders are required for all events, and beverages are charged based on actual consumption until minimum spend is reached.

DJs are only permitted in The Garden Terrace as it's a fully private space. DJs are not allowed in semi-private areas like The Snug or Il Pampero restaurant. For exclusive hire of The Hari Bar, DJs are permitted but must stop playing at 23:00.

Most events run until 23:00-23:30 maximum. Daytime events can start as early as 14:00 and run until 18:00. Evening events typically start between 17:00-19:00. Music must stop at 23:00 for DJ events, and the venue does not accommodate events running past midnight.

Booking holds are released if no response is received by specified deadlines - typically within 24-48 hours for same-day bookings or a few days for advance bookings. The venue will follow up multiple times before releasing holds, and you must confirm by their stated deadline to secure the space.

Room hire is a separate fixed cost for private spaces (The Garden Terrace, The Muse, Il Pampero exclusive hire). Minimum spend is required IN ADDITION to room hire and covers food and beverages only. Semi-private spaces like The Snug have no room hire but higher minimum spends. The Hari Bar exclusive hire requires both £3,000 room hire plus substantial minimum spend.

Yes, Il Pampero restaurant offers semi-private dining with just minimum spend requirements (no room hire fee) but you'll be sharing the restaurant space. The Snug also offers semi-private hire within the bar area with no room hire fee. These options provide more affordable alternatives to fully private spaces.

The Hari does not have a pool or cinema on site. The venue cannot accommodate requests for these facilities, so events requiring swimming or screening facilities would need to look elsewhere.
