The Rutland Room is an enchanting, decadent dining room in which to entertain. This classically decorated spaces features an original John Rysbrack (1736) carved marble fireplace, with views over the royal Green Park. A team of world class chefs, sommeliers and mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktails and wine lists. All produced onsite with passion and precision. Dining on one long table creates an enchanting setting for up to 20 guests.

Six Park Place offers several dining packages including The Lily Wedding Package at £244 plus VAT per guest (minimum 30 guests) and a dinner package at £137-£140 plus VAT per person (minimum 60-70 guests). Day delegate packages start from £85-£143 plus VAT per person with minimum numbers of 80-100 guests. All pricing excludes a discretionary 12.5% service charge on food and beverage.

No, Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to very limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services, which include world-class chefs, sommeliers and mixologists producing menus onsite.

The Rutland Room accommodates up to 22 guests for dining on one long table, up to 32 guests for general dining, and up to 50 guests for reception or theatre style. Other dining spaces include Princess Alexandra Hall (80 guests on round tables with dance floor space) and Hall of India & Pakistan (80-120 guests on round tables).

Access times vary by event type and space. Typical access ranges from 08:00-17:00 for day events, 18:00-23:00 for evening dining, and 14:00-22:00 for garden events. All events must be fully vacated by the specified end time, with some spaces requiring vacation as early as 17:00.

Dining packages typically include room hire, three-course meals with tea/coffee and petit fours, half bottle of house wine per person, arrival drinks (sparkling wine or elderflower fizz), white linen, event management, and manned cloakroom. Wedding packages also include champagne toast, silver cake stand and knife, and canapes.

To confirm booking, provide written confirmation with contact details and billing address. A signed contract plus deposit of 100% of room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation.

Entertainment is not included in packages and will be charged at additional cost. In the Garden area, only jazz, classical or acoustic background music is permitted in keeping with the clubhouse environment. Piano hire is available for £200 plus VAT plus tuning, with pianist services starting from £250-£300.

The venue offers diverse menus including BBQ (£166-£187 plus VAT per person), pizza (£160-£181 plus VAT per person), combination menus, and formal dining options. All guests are served the same menu except for dietary requirements. Choice menus (maximum 3 options per course) incur an £11 plus VAT per person supplement.

Facilities vary by space but typically include screen, projector, sound system, microphones (handheld and lapel), lectern, and stage where applicable. Princess Alexandra Hall features integrated audio-visual system with advanced technology, while other spaces have basic AV equipment included in room hire.

Yes, overnight accommodation is available at the clubhouse on the night of your event, subject to availability. For reservations, contact the Reservations Department. This is particularly useful for wedding parties and multi-day events.
