Frequently asked questions

Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use their in-house catering services, which include comprehensive food and beverage options from their menu brochure.

Minimum catering spends vary by space: Hall of India & Pakistan requires £3,250 plus VAT per day, while smaller events may have lower minimums starting around £1,500 plus VAT. Garden exclusive hire requires a minimum of £11,500 plus VAT total spend including hire and catering.

Room hire costs include: Princess Alexandra Hall £1,500-£2,500 plus VAT, Hall of India & Pakistan £1,300-£1,900 plus VAT per day, and Garden hire from £5,500 plus VAT for partial hire. Multi-day filming events can cost £8,500 plus VAT for 3 consecutive days.

Day Delegate packages start from £85-£143 plus VAT per person including room hire, arrival refreshments, breaks, lunch, and AV equipment with 100 person minimums. Wedding packages start at £244 plus VAT per guest (30 minimum) including reception, dinner, and room hire. Christmas dinner packages are £139 plus VAT per person (100 minimum).

Access times vary by event type: corporate events typically run 08:00-17:00, evening events 18:00-23:00, and garden events 14:00-22:00 or 18:00-22:00. All spaces must be fully vacated by the specified end time with no extensions available.

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation with contact details and billing address must be provided.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge on food and beverage is added to all final invoices. You can opt out of paying this charge by informing the Sales & Events Team before the final invoice is raised, and it applies to the net value only.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 150 theatre style, 100 cabaret, or 80 dining rounds. Hall of India & Pakistan holds 150 theatre/standing, 120 rounds, or 80 cabaret. The Garden accommodates 120 standing guests maximum.

Garden entertainment must be approved in advance and is limited to jazz, classical, or acoustic background music only to maintain the clubhouse environment. No amplified music is permitted, and all suppliers and entertainers require pre-approval from the Event Team.

Princess Alexandra Hall includes integrated screen, projector, PA sound system, microphones, lectern, and stage. Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning. Concert pianists start from £250 for background music or £300 for performance sets.

Garden exclusive hire requires approval from the ROSL Director General's Office. Six Park Place is home to the Royal Over-Seas League members' club, so members retain access to designated areas during events, and all arrangements must align with the clubhouse environment.

Overnight accommodation is available at their Clubhouse on the night of your event, subject to availability. For reservations or more details, contact their Reservations Department directly, though specific rates and booking procedures are not detailed in standard event quotes.
