The interconnecting Bennet Clark Room provides a seamless transition should a break out space or reception drinks/catering space be required.

Room hire varies by space: Princess Alexandra Hall costs £1,500-£2,500 plus VAT, Hall of India & Pakistan costs £1,300-£1,900 plus VAT, and Garden exclusive hire requires £11,500 plus VAT minimum. All bookings require minimum catering spends ranging from £1,500-£6,000 plus VAT depending on the space and event type.

No, Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services, with mandatory minimum catering spends applying to all bookings.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 80 guests cabaret style, 100 on round tables, or 150 theatre style. Hall of India & Pakistan seats 120 on round tables or 150 standing. The Garden holds 120 guests standing with exclusive hire requiring approval from the Director General.

Most events have access from 08:00-17:00 for daytime events or 18:00-23:00 for evening events. Garden events typically run 14:00-22:00 or 18:00-22:00, and all spaces must be fully vacated by the specified end time with no extensions available.

The Lily Wedding Package costs £244 plus VAT per guest (minimum 30 guests) and includes one hour sparkling wine reception, 8 canapés, three-course dinner, half bottle house wine, champagne toast, white linen, cake stand and knife, room hire for Garden and Princess Alexandra Hall (18:00-23:00), and event management. Entertainment is charged separately.

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contract and invoicing plus billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage on final invoices (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoice). Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning, and entertainment/decorations are charged separately at additional cost.

In the Garden, only jazz, classical, or acoustic background music is permitted to maintain the clubhouse environment and respect the neighbourhood. All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the Event Team, and no amplified music is allowed in garden areas.

Day Delegate packages range from £85-£143 plus VAT per person (minimum 80-100 guests) and include arrival tea/coffee with pastries, morning refreshments, working lunch or fork buffet, afternoon tea/coffee, room hire, AV equipment (screen, projector, sound system, microphone, lectern), and manned cloakroom.

Summer packages include BBQ menu at £166-£187 plus VAT per person, Pizza menu at £160-£181 plus VAT per person, or combination BBQ and Pizza at £168-£190 plus VAT per person (minimum 60-80 guests). All include one-hour champagne/cocktail reception and three hours unlimited beer, house wine, and soft drinks.

All external suppliers, entertainers, and decorators must be approved in advance by the Event Team. The venue maintains standards in keeping with the Royal Over-Seas League clubhouse environment, and any entertainment or decoration costs are additional to room hire and catering minimums.

If your requested date is fully booked, the venue will offer alternative available dates nearby. For popular dates, they may contact existing provisional bookings to request a final decision within 24 hours, but there is no guarantee of availability for specific dates.
