The Lounge sits above The Box and The 103, giving meetings and workshops a private space with a view of the action. Sound-insulated windows over The 103 keep noise out, curtains close it off completely, and modular booth seating can be set up for small group work or one-to-ones. It works as a breakout room during a conference, a green room for speakers or a separate space for client meetings, with its own private bar for drinks afterwards.

Ministry of Sound has been in Elephant & Castle since 1991, and the same building now hosts events of every kind. Hired as a whole venue, its six connected spaces hold up to 1,550 guests, so an event can move from drinks in The 103 to a keynote or dinner in The Box and on to an after-party without leaving the building. One of the UK’s most advanced sound and lighting systems runs throughout, with an in-house production team on every booking.
