With it's own audio system and customisable lighting, The Loft allows for tailored sound and lighting set-ups. Frequently asked questions

Film shoots are charged at £5,500 for a 12-hour period or £8,500 for 24 hours, with additional hours at £600 per hour. Security is mandatory for film shoots and will be added to these costs. Corporate event hire rates vary by event type and requirements - contact the team for specific pricing based on your event details.

The venue runs club nights on Fridays and Saturdays and is not available for private hire on these days. All other days of the week are available for corporate bookings, subject to availability.

Ministry of Sound handles corporate events (conferences, product launches, private parties) through their corporate events team via hirespace.com. Club events and ticketed public events are handled separately through their main website - the corporate team cannot assist with these types of bookings.

Ministry of Sound occasionally offers complimentary venue hire for July and August event dates with a guaranteed minimum bar spend requirement. These promotions are available for a limited time and early enquiries are recommended due to limited date availability.

The venue can accommodate various capacities depending on the space configuration. Based on event examples, they can handle events from 25 guests for intimate dining up to 500+ for larger corporate gatherings, with flexible setups including theatre-style, cabaret, standing reception, and seated dinner configurations.

The venue offers comprehensive catering packages including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks receptions. They provide everything from continental breakfast and finger buffet lunches to three-course seated dinners and unlimited drinks packages. Minimum bar spends are often used instead of hire fees for certain events.

Ministry of Sound provides in-house AV systems including screens, microphones (handheld and lapel), sound systems, and lighting. Venue technicians are available for technical support during events. The venue's legendary sound system and lighting capabilities make it particularly suitable for high-impact corporate events and product launches.

Security staff are mandatory for all events and charged separately. Additional available services include cloakroom staff, bartenders, event cleaners, venue events managers, and post-event cleaning. Staffing costs are typically charged per person per hour with minimum hour requirements.

Christmas events for December dates are already being booked by summer, with the best dates disappearing early. For other corporate events, early booking is recommended as the venue's calendar fills up quickly, particularly for preferred dates and popular times of year.
