With a standing capacity of 120, it's perfect as an addition to product launches, pop-up shows, or even Christmas parties. Located just of The 103, it adds a unique touch to any event, whether as a standalone space or a add-on to a larger celebration.

Frequently asked questions

Ministry of Sound offers complimentary venue hire for July and August dates with a guaranteed minimum bar spend requirement. For film shoots, rates are £5,500 for 12 hours or £8,500 for 24 hours, plus £600 per additional hour. Security is mandatory for all events and will be added to costs, with specific rates discussed based on event requirements.

The venue is unavailable on Fridays and Saturdays due to regular club nights. These are fixed weekly commitments that cannot be moved for private events. All other days of the week are available for corporate and private bookings.

The Events Team only handles corporate bookings through their platform - this includes conferences, product launches, brand activations, and private parties. For ticketed club events or public events, you must contact the Club team directly through the Ministry of Sound website, as these are managed separately.

The venue can accommodate various capacities depending on the event type and setup. Recent quotes show events ranging from 80 delegates for conferences up to 450 guests for award ceremonies and parties. The space offers multiple interconnected areas that can be configured for different group sizes and event formats.

Ministry of Sound provides world-class sound and lighting systems as part of the venue package. For conferences, they offer in-house AV systems, screens, microphones (including wireless and lapel mics), and venue technicians. Additional AV equipment like multiple screens and specialized setups can be arranged with associated costs.

The venue offers full-serviced conference packages starting from £46.80 per person including continental breakfast, lunch, and unlimited tea and coffee. For summer events with complimentary hire, there's a guaranteed minimum bar spend requirement. Christmas dinner packages are available at £210 per person for 80+ guests including prosecco reception, three-course dinner, wine, and entertainment.

Security is mandatory for all events and must be factored into your budget. Additional required staff includes venue technicians, cloakroom staff, bartenders, and event cleaners, with rates typically around £300 per staff member for extended periods. A venue events manager is provided at no additional cost.

Christmas dates sell out by summer each year, with the venue already taking bookings for Christmas 2025. For summer events taking advantage of complimentary hire offers, early enquiries are recommended as dates are limited. The venue calendar fills up quickly for December events especially.

Access times vary by event type - conference events typically allow access from 7:00am with potential additional fees for early access. Film shoots include setup time in their 12 or 24-hour packages. The venue operates with a 24-hour license, allowing flexibility for late-night events and extended access periods.

You can provide your own equipment like pianos, provided they fit through the loading doors - the venue can measure access points if needed. For catering, you're welcome to provide your own catering team for film shoots, otherwise the venue can arrange catering services. External AV suppliers may be permitted with potential additional fees.
