The Corporate Events Team handles only corporate bookings and private hire events. They do not handle club nights, ticketed events, or public events - these must be booked directly through Ministry of Sound's main website. Corporate events include conferences, workshops, product launches, fashion shows, and private parties.

What are the film shoot rates and requirements?

Film shoots cost £5,500 for a 12-hour period or £8,500 for 24 hours, with additional hours charged at £600 per hour. Security is mandatory for the duration of the shoot at additional cost. You can provide your own catering team for crew, or the venue can arrange catering if needed.

When is the venue unavailable for private bookings?

Ministry of Sound runs club nights on Fridays and Saturdays and is not available for private hire on these days. All other days of the week are available for corporate events and private bookings.

Are there special offers available for summer events?

Yes, Ministry of Sound offers complimentary venue hire for July and August event dates with a guaranteed minimum bar spend requirement. This summer promotion waives the usual hire fee, allowing you to put that budget behind the bar instead.

How far in advance should I book for Christmas events?

Christmas bookings should be made as early as possible, ideally by summer. The venue's Christmas calendar fills up quickly, with the best December dates typically disappearing by summer due to high demand.
