Private Suite 6 is individually designed in a signature colour to make the most of the natural daylight and contemporary design. The beautifully decorated room can host a stylish boardroom for up to 6 delegates and is located in a private self-contained area on the mezzanine floor making it easy to hold separate meetings in close proximity.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire costs vary by space and event type. For example, the Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT (exclusive of 10% service charge). The Crystal Room has a room hire of £2,000 with a Food and Beverage spend of £13,500 inclusive VAT.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For 50-100 guests, one security officer is required.

The venue offers comprehensive AV packages including screening packages at £2,200 inclusive of VAT and Q&A packages at £650 inclusive of VAT. Standard meeting rooms include LCD projectors, screens, PA systems, and video conferencing capabilities.

DDR packages are available at £120 per person per day with minimum chargeable numbers of 90 attendees. The package includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

The venue offers joint options (first-come-first-serve basis) that are not automatically on hold. Rates are valid for 5 working days, and clients must inform the venue at their earliest convenience if they want a provisional hold placed on the booking.

The Crystal Ballroom accommodates 230 guests in theatre setup, while the May Fair Theatre seats over 200 people. The Danziger Suite is ideal for large dinners and conferences, and Private Suites accommodate smaller groups with Private Suite 6 hosting up to 6 delegates in boardroom style.

The venue offers flexible catering with minimum spend requirements rather than fixed costs. A 10% service charge applies to Food & Beverage (12.5% mentioned in some quotes). Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with minimum 100 attendees.

Events typically run during standard business hours with access arrangements varying by event type. For film screenings, access is available from 18:30 onwards. Setup time and access requirements should be discussed during the booking process.

Private Suite breakout rooms are available at £2,000 inclusive of VAT per room. Multiple suites (Private Suite 1, 2, and 3) can be hired simultaneously for larger events requiring multiple breakout spaces.

Enhanced commission of 3% is available for meeting and event bookings made for 2026. Standard commission rates of 15% apply to flexible bed & breakfast rates during promotional periods.
