Each Millennium suite has a private kitchen, bar, cloakroom, and balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the pitch. With a capacity for up to 35 guests, the suites are excellent for intimate parties.

We partner with Levy Restaurants and their experienced executive chef to present an exceptional menu that is tailored to your tastes and requirements. You can opt for a buffet or reception,a four-course seated dinner, or anything in between.




Frequently asked questions

The Great Hall has a minimum charge of £50,000 plus VAT. This is the base cost regardless of your event size or requirements. Additional costs for catering, AV, and other services will be added on top of this minimum.

Room hire varies by space: The Great Hall costs £8,000 plus VAT per day (weekend rates), Hollins Suite £2,000 plus VAT, Tambling Suite £2,000 plus VAT, Harris Suite £4,000 plus VAT, Canoville Suite £3,000-£5,000 plus VAT, and Under the Bridge £6,000-£11,500 plus VAT. Prices may increase for events in the 25/26 season.

Carpet and draping for The Great Hall costs £12,500 plus VAT and is mandatory. Set up fees for The Great Hall are £4,000 plus VAT. Account bar setup carries an £800 plus VAT running fee, and Under the Bridge has a minimum spend of £800 on the cash bar.

DDR packages range from £65-£102 plus VAT per person depending on the space and inclusions. They typically include arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, working lunch buffet, afternoon refreshments, hydration station, and main meeting room hire. Some packages also include carpet and draping.

Events cannot be accommodated on match days when Chelsea has home fixtures scheduled. If a fixture gets confirmed after your booking, you may be asked to leave the venue or potentially cancel without charge depending on the circumstances. Always confirm fixture schedules when booking dates.

The Great Hall accommodates up to 1,000 delegates standing only - no other layouts work for this capacity. Canoville Suite holds up to 500 standing reception, Under the Bridge up to 550 standing, and smaller suites like Hollins accommodate cabaret layouts for 30-40 people with proper setup.

Drinks packages include: 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine at £22 plus VAT per person, 1-hour unlimited beer and wine at £25 plus VAT per person, 2-hour package at £35 plus VAT per person, and 3-hour package at £45 plus VAT per person. Under the Bridge has a 1am late license for extended events.

The venue requires updates by the end of the week to hold space, suggesting bookings move quickly. Summer 2026 dates are not yet confirmed as they depend on Premier League fixture releases. Payment terms and deposit requirements are not specified in available information.
