Sophisticated, flexible, and contemporary, Chelsea Football Club's Drake and Harris Suites are suitable for a variety of events, including corporate dinners or product launches, Christmas parties, birthday celebrations and wedding reception. Each event is assigned a designated hostess, who makes sure that everything goes according to plan.

Our event partner, Levy Restaurants, provides will create a customised menu to fit your requirements. We also provide decorations, especially for Christmas gatherings. The Suites are elegant and modern, and can be adapted to suit your needs.




Frequently asked questions

The Great Hall has a minimum charge of £50,000 plus VAT. For events requiring carpet and draping, there's an additional mandatory cost of £12,500 plus VAT. The venue cannot accommodate events with budgets significantly below this minimum threshold.

The Great Hall can accommodate up to 1,000 delegates standing reception style only. For seated events, capacities are significantly lower and other suites may be more appropriate. The Canoville Suite accommodates up to 500 standing reception, while smaller suites like Hollins and Tambling work for meetings of 30-100 people.

Events cannot be accommodated with very short notice (next-day bookings are declined). If Chelsea has a fixture scheduled on your requested date, the venue will be unavailable regardless of whether it's a home or away game. Flexibility around dates is essential when booking.

DDR packages range from £65-£102 plus VAT per person depending on the suite and inclusions. Standard DDR includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning tea/coffee, working lunch buffet, afternoon refreshments, hydration station, and main meeting room hire. Minimum numbers typically apply (usually 30-40 guests).

Beyond base room hire, expect mandatory costs for carpet and draping (£12,500 plus VAT for Great Hall), AV packages starting from £795 plus VAT, set-up fees (£4,000 plus VAT for Great Hall), and account bar setup fees (£800 plus VAT). Security and other operational costs may also be mandatory depending on event type.

Weekend pricing can vary significantly from weekday rates. For example, The Great Hall was quoted at £8,000 plus VAT for both Saturday and Sunday for one event, compared to higher weekday corporate rates. Specific weekend pricing should be confirmed as it may differ by season and demand.

Drinks packages include 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine at £22 plus VAT per person, and beer/wine packages at £25 (1hr), £35 (2hr), or £45 (3hr) plus VAT per person. Dinner packages start at £140 plus VAT per person including three-course meal, wine, and room setup. Cash bars require minimum spends (e.g., £800 for Under the Bridge).

Events typically run during standard business hours with some flexibility for evening events. Under the Bridge venue has a 1am late license for after-parties. Very short setup times are not accommodated - events requiring next-day setup are declined. Organizer access timing should be confirmed in advance.

The venue requires updates on bookings by specific deadlines or will release the space. If a fixture gets confirmed after booking, cancellation policies may apply. Space will be released if no update is received by stated deadlines, so prompt communication is essential.

Basic AV packages start at £795 plus VAT and can go up to £9,100 plus VAT for comprehensive setups. Peachy Productions is the onsite AV partner. Standard packages may include projectors, screens, microphones, and basic sound systems, but specific technical requirements should be discussed for bespoke solutions.
