Room hire varies significantly by space: The Great Hall costs £8,000 plus VAT per day (weekend rates), Canoville Suite is £3,000-£5,000 plus VAT (discounted rates available), Under the Bridge is £6,000 plus VAT with £800 minimum bar spend, Tambling Suite is £2,000 plus VAT, and Harris Suite is £4,000 plus VAT. Prices may increase for future seasons.

Dressing of The Great Hall (carpet and drape) is mandatory at £12,500 plus VAT. Set up fees apply at £4,000 plus VAT for large events. Account bar setup carries a £800 plus VAT running fee. AV packages start from £795 plus VAT and can reach £9,100 plus VAT depending on requirements.

DDR packages range from £65-£102 plus VAT per person depending on the space and inclusions. Standard DDR includes arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, working lunch buffet, afternoon refreshments, hydration station, and main meeting room hire. Some packages include carpet and draping of the space.

Events cannot be accommodated on match days, even if England is playing and Chelsea has no home fixture. The venue requires updates on provisional bookings by end of week or will release the space. Fixture schedules for future seasons are not confirmed until Premier League fixtures are released, affecting long-term planning.

The Great Hall accommodates up to 1,000 delegates standing only - no other layouts work for this capacity. Canoville Suite holds up to 500 standing reception or 450 guests. Under the Bridge accommodates up to 550 standing. Smaller suites like Hollins, Tambling, and Harris work for meetings of 30-100 people in various layouts.

Drinks packages include: 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine at £22 plus VAT per person, 1-hour beer & wine at £25 plus VAT, 2-hour at £35 plus VAT, and 3-hour at £45 plus VAT per person. Dinner packages start at £140 plus VAT per person including three-course meal, half bottle of wine, and sparkling wine on arrival.

Standard event timings run 8:30am-5pm for meetings, with evening events possible until 11pm (Under the Bridge has 1am late license). Organizers may need venue access from 6am for setup. Some events require evening before setup. The venue operates strict timing policies and may not accommodate last-minute or next-day bookings.

Basic AV packages start at £795 plus VAT and include standard sound, lighting, and projection equipment. Peachy Productions is the onsite AV company offering rental services and technical event management. More comprehensive packages with branding and advanced equipment can cost up to £9,100 plus VAT.

The venue will not accommodate events below their minimum spend thresholds regardless of availability. Bookings require confirmation within specified timeframes or the space will be released. Some events may be cancelled without charge if fixtures are confirmed that conflict with the booking date.
