Our truly unique venue is located in the heart of the West End. The venue is a dramatic 1920s space, and is ideally suited to large conferences or corporate events. Our blank canvas venue is hugely flexible and can be dressed anyway you want it.




Frequently asked questions

The venue operates with minimum food and beverage spends that vary by day: Monday £12,000 + VAT, Tuesday £12,500-£14,000 + VAT, Wednesday £15,000 + VAT, Thursday £18,000-£20,000 + VAT. Friday and Saturday require significantly higher spends due to The London Cabaret Club shows, with Friday dry hire starting at £21,000 + VAT and Saturday minimum spend at £35,000 + VAT.

The Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for banqueting/seated dining, 350 guests in theatre style, and up to 500 guests for standing reception. The venue can comfortably host 150-200 standing guests while leaving space for additional furniture or entertainment setups.

Venue hire charges range from £5,000-£6,000 + VAT and include AV technician, security, cloakroom attendant, and furniture. An AV technician for the Rose Bar costs an additional £500 + VAT. Late finishes beyond standard hours incur extra charges, with 2AM finish costing £1,500 + VAT.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday offer the best rates as The London Cabaret Club operates Thursday through Saturday. The venue actively promotes these weekdays for private events due to significantly lower minimum spends and greater flexibility.

The venue includes comprehensive AV equipment worth £2,500 + VAT at no additional charge: 6 projector walls, microphones, remote clicker, stage, multiple lighting settings, uplighters, and sound system. The space features state-of-the-art AV and lighting systems suitable for presentations and entertainment.

Three-course meals start from £64 + VAT per person, with packages from £110 + VAT including welcome drink, meal, half bottle of wine and water. Traditional finger buffet lunch starts at £26.90 + VAT per person. Coffee and tea service costs £5.50 + VAT per person.

Standard access begins at 10AM, with earlier access available for £500 + VAT per day. Events typically end at midnight, with extensions possible for additional charges. Late finishes until 2AM cost £1,500 + VAT extra.

The venue does not automatically hold spaces for enquiries. If clients don't respond within one week of an enquiry, the venue releases the space assuming the booking is no longer required. Quick decision-making is essential to secure dates.

Friday and Saturday bookings require cancelling The London Cabaret Club shows, resulting in significantly higher costs. Friday dry hire starts at £21,000 + VAT, while Saturday minimum spend reaches £35,000 + VAT. The venue strongly encourages weekday bookings for better value.

Entertainment options range from £450 + VAT for a DJ to £2,400-£10,000 + VAT for full shows. The venue can accommodate external entertainment suppliers including casino setups. A photobooth is included in the space amenities.
