Minimum spends vary by space and day, for example The Vault requires £8,000-£9,000 plus 12.5% service charge depending on the day, while The Jaques Room requires £6,500 plus 12.5% service charge. Saturday events cost significantly more than weekday bookings.

The venue offers several private spaces: The Jaques Room (up to 100 standing guests) includes 3 ping pong tables, 1 beer pong table, karaoke, private bar, and UV lighting; The Vault (up to 100 standing) features 3 ping pong tables and 2 Ping Pong X tables; The Playground (up to 200 standing) is a half-venue hire with 5 ping pong tables, 5 Ping Pong X tables, and 1 beer pong table. All spaces include dedicated table service.

The minimum spend can be fully converted into your choice of food, drinks, and activity costs. You can allocate specific amounts towards food pre-orders (sharing style, not buffet), with the remainder going towards a bar tab on the day. Bespoke food and drinks can be pre-ordered from their a la carte menu within the minimum spend amount.

Bounce offers structured packages like the Gold Package (£78 per person plus 12.5% service charge) including prosecco, 3 house drinks, sharing bites, unlimited pizza, and a Games Guru. The Bronze Package (£38 per person plus 12.5% service charge) includes 2 house drinks and 1 pizza per person. They also offer Day Delegate Rates at £59 per person including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and unlimited beverages.

The Jaques Room includes a projector, screen, microphone, and karaoke system. The venue has 2 wireless microphones, lectern, wifi, clicker, and HDMI input available. They can display company logos on TV screens in reception areas and adjust stadium-grade lighting to match company colors. For additional tech requirements including hybrid events, their partner F1 Sound can provide quotes.

Games Gurus (activity facilitators) can be hired for £5 plus VAT per person to run activities and tournaments with prizes for winning teams. The venue features Ping Pong X tables (AI-powered ping pong), traditional ping pong, beer pong, and karaoke facilities. Some packages include Games Gurus, while others offer them as optional add-ons.

Private spaces can be hired for up to 4-6 hours depending on the room. The Jaques Room is available for up to 6 hours, while other spaces like The Vault offer up to 4 hours of dedicated service. Events can run until venue closing time, and the venue can accommodate various time slots throughout the day.

Saturday events cost significantly more than weekday bookings and may exceed typical budgets. The venue offers better rates for Tuesday and Wednesday events, with some spaces available at reduced minimum spends on these days. Weekend pricing is substantially higher than weekday rates.

Bounce offers limited-time package upgrades where you can be upgraded to the next level package at no extra cost, providing savings of up to 33%. These promotions typically apply to events booked by specific deadlines and taking place within certain timeframes, such as events booked before August 31st and taking place before November 23rd.
