The newly refurbished Platinum Suite is just a 2-minute walk from our on-site station Custom House, on the Elizabeth line and DLR. This exclusive-use, purpose-built meeting suite has an arrival lobby with cloakroom facilities, a lounge space with meeting and breakout rooms, and a main event space that can host banqueting up to 1,000 guests. There are private catering areas and comprehensive AV packages, managed by our on-site partner Anna Valley. Ideal for award ceremonies, product launches and gala dinners.
