The venue is very flexible for scope with branding the venue to make it your own press takeover venue to allow for PR days and an exclusive feel.



Frequently asked questions

Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday events regardless of duration or guest count.

Standard access times are 8am-5pm for most events. Extended hours until midnight are available with a late license fee of £500 plus VAT, which is commonly required for press events and product launches.

The Pop-up space can accommodate 10-120 guests depending on the setup. It can be used as four separate areas or one large promotional space, making it highly flexible for different product launch formats and press events.

Weekday delegate packages start at £65 plus VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays, or £80 plus VAT per person Tuesday-Thursday, with a minimum of 30 guests. This includes room hire, refreshments, lunch, AV equipment, and Wi-Fi.

The venue allows external suppliers and caterers, though specific approval processes and restrictions may apply. The space has previously hosted major brands like House of Peroni, White Company, and Boots, indicating flexibility for branded events.

The space includes screen and projector, Wi-Fi, PA system, handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. Additional technical requirements can be accommodated for product demonstrations and press presentations.

The venue features its own rooftop terrace garden which can be included in bookings. For larger events requiring multiple spaces, additional areas like the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area can be hired for an extra £700 plus VAT.

The venue offers provision holds on preferred dates while proposals are reviewed. Site visits can be arranged to view the space, and bespoke proposals are created for each event based on specific requirements and branding needs.

Catering ranges from arrival refreshments and canapés to full delegate packages with breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments. Bowl food options start from £11.50 plus VAT per person upgrade, with bespoke menus available through their Searcys partnership.
