Frequently asked questions

Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday events regardless of duration or guest count.

The standard Day Delegate Rate is £80 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 30 guests. Monday and Friday bookings receive a discounted rate of £65 plus VAT per person, also with a 30-guest minimum.

The space includes a screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, PA system, handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. The room is soundproof, making it ideal for presentations and screenings without external noise interference.

Standard access is typically 8am-5pm for day events. Evening events can run until 11pm with standard licensing, or until midnight with a late license costing £500 plus VAT.

The Classic Full Day Delegate Package includes arrival tea/coffee with mini pastries, mid-morning tea/coffee with biscuits, deli-style sandwich lunch with fruit or salad and crisps, and afternoon tea/coffee with fruit skewers. Upgrade options include healthy working lunch (£5.50+VAT per person), bowl food (£11.50+VAT per person), or fork buffet lunch (£15.00+VAT per person).

The venue allows external vendors, but specific approval processes and restrictions may apply. All external arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance with the venue team.

The venue can accommodate up to 70 guests in theatre style seating. For boardroom setups, capacity is limited to 20 people maximum, while cabaret style can accommodate varying numbers depending on the specific room configuration.

The venue offers provision holds on preferred dates while proposals are being considered. December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand, so early booking is recommended for year-end events.

DJ services start from £850 plus VAT if booked through the venue. For events requiring a dance floor, the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area can be hired for an additional £700 plus VAT.

Security and cloakroom services (unmanned) are included in most packages. Reception and house team assistance is provided to help guests throughout events.
