Frequently asked questions

Weekend events require a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all weekend bookings regardless of the specific space or event type.

The standard Day Delegate Rate is £80 plus VAT per person, or £65 plus VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays, with a minimum of 30 guests. The Classic Full Day Delegate Package at £91 plus VAT per person (minimum 34 guests) includes room hire 8am-5pm, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, deli sandwich lunch, afternoon tea/coffee, screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, and cloakroom.

The venue can accommodate up to 60 people for a seated meal. This is a firm capacity limit that cannot be exceeded for dining events.

For dancing with a DJ, you can hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an extra £700 plus VAT. DJ services start from £850 plus VAT if booked through the venue. Alternatively, you can have a dancefloor in the Reception Room with background music through the PA system or opt for a silent disco.

A late license to midnight costs £500 plus VAT. Standard access times for events are typically 8am-5pm for day events, though evening events can run later with the appropriate license.

Several upgrade options are available: healthy working lunch (option 2) for £5.50 plus VAT per person, bowl food (5 bowls per person) for £11.50 plus VAT per person, and fork buffet lunch for £15.00 plus VAT per person. All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

The Reception Only Wedding Package costs £171 including VAT per person (based on 30 guests) and includes first floor venue hire (5pm-11pm), arrival nibbles, glass of Prosecco, 5 canapés, 3 bowl foods, two-hour unlimited house wine/beer/soft drinks, bar setup with white linen, uplighters, PA system, handheld microphones, iPad with Spotify, reception and house team, security, and unmanned cloakroom.

After initial enquiry, the venue provides a venue brochure, sample event menu, and bespoke proposal. Clients can request a provision hold on their preferred date and book site visits to view the space and discuss event details.

Standard packages include screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, PA system, handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. The venue can accommodate presentations and has directional signage included in delegate packages.

December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand. The venue offers Christmas-specific brochures and packages, and can accommodate Christmas celebrations for between 10 to 120 guests in various spaces from intimate dinners to larger receptions.
