The Council Chamber is the perfect setting for private dinners in London. Private dining in the Council Chamber is available for up to to 70 guests. Round tables or long tables are the preferred layout. Chairs, linen and candelabra's are included with all dinner packages.

The Council Chamber can accommodate up to 60 people for seated meals. For larger groups requiring seated dining, the venue cannot accommodate more than this number.

Day delegate packages are £80 plus VAT per person (standard rate) or £65 plus VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays, with a minimum of 30 guests. These packages include room hire, refreshments, meals, and basic AV equipment.

Christmas events can be booked in the Council Chamber and Reception room. December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand, and specific Christmas packages are available with bespoke pricing.

For dancing, you can have a dancefloor in the Reception Room with background music through the PA system or a silent disco. Alternatively, you can hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an additional £700 plus VAT if you want a DJ, with DJ services starting from £850 plus VAT.

The reception-only wedding package is £171 including VAT per person based on 30 guests. It includes first floor venue hire (5pm-11pm), arrival nibbles, Prosecco, 5 canapés, 3 bowl foods, two-hour unlimited drinks, bar setup, uplighters, PA system, microphones, iPad with Spotify, reception team, security, and unmanned cloakroom.

Standard access times for dining events are typically 8am-5pm for day events. Evening events can run until 11pm, with late licenses available until midnight for an additional £500 plus VAT.

Catering upgrades include healthy working lunch (additional £5.50 plus VAT per person), bowl food with 5 bowls per person (additional £11.50 plus VAT per person), and fork buffet lunch (additional £15.00 plus VAT per person). All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

After initial enquiry, the venue provides a venue brochure, sample event menu, and bespoke proposal. Clients can request a provision hold on their preferred date and book site visits to view the space before confirming.
