The Milton Suite is a versatile meeting space located on Lower Ground Floor 1. The space is comprised of three adjoining meeting rooms and offers capacity for 220 delegates when hired as a single pace. For smaller events, optional wall partitions also allow the suite to be split into Lawrence, Fleming and Turner suites. The Day Delegate Rate is £69.00 per person (reduced from £99.00) with a minimum of 120 delegates. This includes main meeting room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning tea/coffee with cookies, afternoon tea/coffee with cake, 2-course buffet lunch, projector and screen, flipchart with markers, pads/pens/paper, Wi-Fi, signage, dedicated event planner, and dedicated event manager on the day.

The Milton Suite accommodates up to 200 delegates in theatre layout and 120 delegates in cabaret layout. The space can be split into smaller rooms (Lawrence, Fleming and Turner suites) using optional wall partitions for smaller events.

Standard hire is maximum 8 hours, normally 09:00-17:00. All rates are based on this timeframe, with hourly supplements and overnight hold charges applicable for additional time beyond the standard period.

One projector and screen is included in the Day Delegate Rate. Additional AV costs: stage blocks at £54.00 each, PA system at £245.00-£350.00, microphones at £66.00 each, lectern at £64.00, AV technician at £550.00 (maximum 8 hours, mandatory for 2+ microphones), and External AV Supplier Fee at £750.00.

Bookings are typically held on 'Joint 1st option', meaning multiple clients can hold the same space on the same day. The first client to confirm with a returned contract within three working days gets exclusive use of the space.

Tea and coffee breaks are served in Refreshment Area 1 just outside the meeting room. Lunch is served as a 2-course buffet (Chef's Choice) in Leo's Restaurant, or working lunch can be arranged in the refreshment space with sandwiches and small hot items.

The Milton Suite is not fully accessible and has no natural daylight. However, it does have air conditioning and is located on Lower Ground Floor 1.

Additional spaces include: Blackfriars Suite (£350.00 per day, reduced from £480.00, maximum 6 boardroom), exhibition spaces like Churchill/Pepys Suite (£1,500.00 reduced from £1,900.00), and smaller meeting rooms like Nightingale (£600.00, 8 boardroom) and Reynolds (£800.00, 12 boardroom).

Evening setup the night prior is available at £2,000.00 for the Milton Suite. De-rig from 5:30pm until 23:00 is also available at £2,000.00. Complimentary access from 4pm on the day of event is included for some bookings.
