The Small Hall is a light and airy room with lots of natural day light. With a coved ceiling, decorative carved crests and an ornate marble fire place the Small Hall is an elegant back drop for events and a popular choice for Wedding Ceremonies, drink receptions, talks and sales. A flat floored room, 158 squared metres, it can seat 140 people theatre style, 64 cabaret style and 72 classroom style. For functions it can hold 180 for a standing reception or 96 for a seated function. The Small Hall is available to hire alongside the Main Hall or as a stand-alone event space.

We offer 2 hire periods which are: Day hire: access 08:00-18:00 hours Full day hire: access 08:00-midnight Also minimum hire period of 4 hours where venue access is required from/after 18:00 hours.

A data projector, screen and PA system for speeches and for playing music at back ground level are available. If you have a DJ or live performers they will need to bring their own stand alone PA system in. If additional equipment / AV services are required we can provide a quote from our AV partner.

We work alongside several approved caterers. Should our caterers not be able to meet your needs (for example dietary reasons) you can apply to have a different caterer come on site to cater your event. If approved a fee will be applicable.
