Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) with a minimum of 80 delegates. It includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire for the main meeting room, full-day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit and sweet treat, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart & pens, free Wi-Fi access, and delegate stationery.

Venue 1 can accommodate a maximum of 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The venue has its own entrance, reception/registration area, and green room that can be used for staff preparation space or prayer room.

A PA system with 1 handheld microphone costs £180 including VAT. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is required at £540 including VAT, as Venue 1 requires professional sound management for multiple microphones.

Venue 2 is available as an adjacent catering space free of charge when booking Venue 1. However, Venue 2 is only available until 4pm as there may be another event starting at 4pm. This room can be used for lunch service or as a breakout space.

Individual room hire rates include: Gulbenkian Room at £1,200 VAT exempt, Boardroom at £500 VAT exempt (includes screen), and Nash and Portland rooms at £500 VAT exempt. Breakout rooms are available at £750 per day each.

Individual catering options include: working lunch at £19.80 per person including VAT, tea and coffee servings at £8.40 per person including VAT, and post-event Prosecco and canapés package at £52.00 per person including VAT (includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco per person, plus orange juice and water).

ISH Venues sends PayPal payment links for invoices. They will follow up on outstanding payments and can provide links to their payment portal upon request. Payment processing is tracked and confirmed by the venue team.

Yes, last-minute guest number changes are accommodated. The venue can increase numbers even very close to the event date, as demonstrated by a client adding 4 additional guests to bring their total to 40 people shortly before their event.

The venue accommodates specific break timings based on your event schedule. You can provide custom timing for arrival refreshments, morning breaks, lunch service, and afternoon breaks, and the venue will adjust their service accordingly.

The venue offers provisional holds for 10 working days while you make your decision. For popular dates, they may not be able to accommodate requests, particularly for specific dates like weekends, so early booking is recommended.
